Western Sky sells loans to CASH CALL and these people do not practice fair debt practices. They are scam artists and are being investigated by the Attorney General in our state for that reason.

I pray they get them and stop them from doing business.

I don't even have any outstanding loans. I have ZERO debt, no car, no house, no credit card. Why are these people calling me?

Cash Call yet again! They are harrassing me which is illegal. I have reported them to FBI on their website.

Called three times, twice they left a message and third time I picked up.  They were rude even when I told them that they had the wrong contact number and they insisted I was lying.

These people are relentless. They use all kinds of different numbers.
They are from all over the country.
They call every hour on the hour from 8am-10pm Mon-Sun.

I get new ones everyday. When they realize noone is going to answer the phone the change their
number and location.
They are a payday loan company that is really "Western Sky" They are owned by the indian reservations.
They are exempt from complaints as they are considered non profit. Which is BS because they charge 300% interest on their loans.
How is that non-profit or legal.
I am going  to find a way to sue them for harrassment.
There should be a way to get a class action suit against these people.

They have been calling me from dozens of numbers but they advertise themselves as Cash Call when they call me.  It's a scam to try to get people to give up personal information for an Identity theft ring.  DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING even if you do have a loan with one of the payday advance vultures out there.  I have never taken any of these loans and they call me.

I work 3rd shift and today I recived 3 restricted calls 8:23, 10:05, 11:49 am left no messages then starting at 2:05 I am getting calls from this number if you can not leave a message do not call me I do not answer any numbers I do not know. Getting tired of disrespectful people. I want to tell them hey give me your home phone number and let me call you in the middle of the night and not leave any messages and just keep calling. Also if you are a bill collector let me ask you something are all of your bills paid up to date? The only  thing I have outstanding are medical bills and I pay on them when I can.

CASH CALL IS IN MY BK because they are always harrassing me and won't let up. At 150% rate they need to be in any ones BK.

Just got a call from this number - was asking for the owner. (The owner is not in right now - so there's really no way to get ahold of him.)

I asked what the matter was in regards to, the lady on the other end of the phone would not say. (She said she didn't need to know why I felt the need to ask, if there was no way of getting hold of the owner at this time. Well, if it's that important and you want the owner to call you back - yes, you will tell me who you are.)

Otherwise, STOP BOTHERING PEOPLE with your time-consuming and ARROGANT calls!

Cash Call violates all collection laws, and they will tell you on the phone they do not care that they are. I was told to shut my F****** Mouth and listen!!!! Good thing i record all my calls.

It's illegal for them to contact 3rd parties. Check out the FDCA Fair Debt Credit Act. They have to follow rules when collecting debts too. Generally since the consumer doesn't know that, they think they can get away with treating people bad.

They just contacted my mother in law about our loan and she said they were very rude to her. We never gave them permission to call anyone but ourselves.

Actually, Western Sky  DOES have to abide by the US collection laws.
Western Sky got into trouble with the State of Georgia earlier this year for advertising and offering illegal payday loans AND illegally demanding Georgia consumers to show up for court when they had no legal authority to do so.
Google it.

They are Cash Call.  If they are calling, you had a loan through Western Sky and the loan was sold to them.  Unfortunately, because Western Sky is a owned an operated on an Indian Reservation, they are considered a sovereign nation.  Therefore, they do not have to abide my the collection laws of the United States.  They can ultimately do whatever they please because the contract you originally signed was through Western Sky and follows their policies.

This is the rudest buch of A** holes I've ever encountered in my life. First off they never get anything right, you give them a date for payment and they still call and harrass you. They think that they can get you to agree to their terms through bullying and intimidation. And if by chance you don't knuckle under to the 1st bully they put on the phone they place you on hold and then pass you off to someone who tries even harder to bully you. Best way to deal with them is to give as good as you get, be just as rude if not more rude than they are, if they threaten you tell them strong arm tactics are illegal and that you will report them to your local district attorney's office and then follow through report them. These people feel that because folks had to turn to them in times of need they now have the right to treat individuals any way they damned well please.

This number keeps calling.  Will not leave a voice mail message and it therefore unprofessional.

Cash advance has been calling my cell phone a lot lately. If this continues I will be suing them for wasting my minutes. It's illegal to telemarket to cell phone numbers!

I don't know who'd be calling but I can tell you that 919 is a North Carolina area code (you may already know that, though).

I received three calls from this number today, but no message was left.

Called 4 x today and hung up ~ no message.
