They keep calling me from numbers that are slightly different . If I try to answer it on the first ring it just hangs up. If I call back its nothing or just a busy signal. I have 5 of their numbers blocked, but I just received two calls in the last hour..like they knew I was trying to block them, kind of like when a computer virus is programmed to attack more when you search for it.

They called me 6 times yesterday and never left a message. Then they just called me at 730 AM. I thought there were laws against calling people that early.

yup NC ESC sounds correct.  I just got a call from them myself, Came here to find out why.  I was afraid to answer it, Im afraid to answer any calls from raleigh, nc.  Now I wish I did :(

Yes it's the head office of NC ESC.  Usually it's an automated message.

Yeah they called me saying that some one from my number had requested child services help. I was like WTF. My wife and i have no children and dont plan on it anytime soon. Pricks that uses other numbers like that need to be taught a lesson.

This is a number from th Employment Security Commision in North Carolina. They called me yesterday b/c I requested assistance in finding a job. Maybe you have been, or someone is using your number at the unemployment office.

This is so annoying! This number is calling me at work when I am unable to answer and never leaves messages. When I call back it just says Day Greeting Corporation please enter your party extention.
