I have had an operation that h as prevented me from getting my honey and this a**le steps into my life with an email response, giving directions to "advertising" in colorado half on text and half on email with this number and a fake other one. The lack of lovin has made me jus violent as f**k. HE SHOULD HAVE READ MY AD CAUSE NOW I WANT TO PLAY BALL WITH THIS F****R.

My fiancé and I had answered an ad for a house in Wilmington, nc. Unbelievable deal. Luckily we listened to our guts and didn't send him money. DO NOT SEND HIM anything!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is a home listed on craigslist for $600/m. it's an outrageous deal. he gave the number 614-548-0705 as a "call" number, and this one as a text number. i caught on and tried to call this number, but it says the google subscriber isn't available. he claims to be "close by" (not) in ohio, working with sick children and pregnant teens!

This person is a scam artist.  I am in the property management industry and get calls from people stating that he has "approved" them as tenants for the property he owns (which he is not the owner of) and that they got a rental rate of 50% less than the comps in the area, and a security deposit of only half the normal amount.  DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON MONEY.  This is disgraceful.  BEWARE

Unbelievable, this scammer is either local to Orlando, fl or has an accomplice in Orlando. They kicked in the door of the house we had for rent to let his fake tenants in, they contacted me but they had already sent him $500. This guy is now a criminal on a federal level, the charges that are being filed include wire fraud and breaking and entering.

Do not send money to this person.  Demand that they meet you at the house to show it to you, and call the cops when you arrive so they can be brought to justice.

A friend of mine found a similar type of UNBELIEVABLE deal on a rental house near her.  Total scammer.

TOTAL SCAMMER:  Trying to rent a house out in Ballwin, MO for less than half the normal rental amount (plus he didn't OWN the property).  Saw the posting on Craigslist...BEWARE!

this is the google voice number of a nigerian scammer.  real a***ole. he was trying to rent my condo out for half rent and scam people into wiring him the money.
