several calls all day long from this number, I do not know who they are

Its Credit One not capital one

Calls twice a day, rings twice, no msg, just harrassment, don't even know whom it is.

Ive gotten calls from them too. Don't give out any information to them. They are a third party company which collects information from other companies to pay off debts.

NCO Financial, calls me more than five times a day, from multiple numbers on top of it and doesn't say anything when I answer.

This company calls me seven times a day. They start calling at six in the morning and do not quit until tonight. You do answer my phone however no one's on the other end.

This number is making me crazy!!!!  They don't leave a message and I have NO idea what they want.  They call constantly and I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.  Grrrrr.....

Calls at 10:40 pm, during week

They call me all the time and I keep blocking them. I have no idea why they are calling.

These idiots keep calling about our 2 Capital One accounts with a zero balance in good standing.  They give me the last four digits of both account numbers, but ask for the entire account number to see why we are in their system. (Phishing) Naturally I refuse to give out my credit card number to these morons.  I have called Capital One and they don't have a clue - the accounts and not in collections and are and always have been in good standing as we have a  perfect credit history.  The agents with NCO speak very poor english but continuously repeat that they are a 3rd party collection agency.  This is obviously a scam and I intend to report them.

It uses phone numbers with a multiplicity of area codes to contact people.

NCO Financial Group is a collection agency that contracts with MANY companies, including collecting for student loans, cell phone companies, etc.

I got a call from this ph# Thu 12:56pm EDT. Caller ID say NCOGRP. I have gotten 800# calls from NCO FINL. Must be the same company. I have never had a Capital One card. If it is AT&T, then I am not sure what's going on.

I put a block on NCO's  two 800 #'s as they have called me over 50 times in the past couple of months...now they come through with two different phone numbers and one is above. To my knowledge they are collecting for AT & T which says I owe them money for a collect call someone accepted from my phone number, I don't know how much as I've never received a bill and they won't tell me without an account number which I don't have because once again I don't have a bill. There is no one else living in my home so I don't know who would called my home using an AT & T operator or who accepted the call. I have never received a bill from AT & T stating so, but months ago after waiting for 10 minutes someone told me from NCO's number after I screamed at them over and over that it was for an  AT & T collection. All I can say is AT & & is spending more money trying to collect what they say I owe by having this NCO company continually call me. Obviously they find a way to get through no matter how many times you block their calls.

It a collections company, NCO Financial.  They appear to be associated with Capital One credit cards.

They keep calling but never say anything when I answer. All my bills are current and I have no idea who they are.
