Checked the caller ID to see if anyone called.
There was a record of a "STRATEGIC FUNDRAISER" at 920-231-0700. They called at 11:07AM.

Called about 25 times in past few weeks, never leave messages, very annoying

I didn't answer....caller "looked" like a telemarketer.

CALLS AND HANGS UP

Several times a day week after week a call comes from this number!
We do not even answer- for they never leave a message, so we know
they only want money and its not worth answering.  There are many others
doing the same!  Please discontinue your annoying practice.

"They're a fundraising group, they don't leave messages. If they hung up on you it was because you got to the phone just as the "wait-for-an-answer" time ran out and they had to call another number. The company is Strategic Fundraising. They are in the phone book if you bother to check. They are located at 217 N Main St in Oshkosh, WI. Their regular office phone number is(920) 235-5013. They do fund- raising for political and non-profit organizations. These two types are exempt from the do-not-call rules. The company will be more than happy to take your number off their internal do-not-call list if you would take as much time to call them and ask as you have wasted by posting ignorant comments on this site. I am on the do-not-call registry. They called. I called them back requesting they not do that anymore. They don't. It's that easy."

This number shows up on my caller ID several times a day, never leaves a message and nobody is on the line if I answer it. It is very annoying as I work nights and have been woken up as early as 8:30am at times by these phantom phone calls.

This number has called us at least 4 times every day for the past 2 months. We never answer and they never leave a message.  We are on the DoNotCall list.

The caller identified himself form the National Republican Committee.

I get the same thing.  over and over and over...  
i reported it to the FCC site.  not sure what can be done but maybe if enough people do that...

I tried the number (920) 235-5013 and it was in fact Strategic Fundraising and they said theyu would take me off - let's see if they do.  What the hell is the purpose of calling for money if they hang up as soon as you answer?  Maybe they are looking for the right type of reaction on the answerer's part, perhaps indicating that they have a sucker.  Is it any surprise that when the politicians crafted the law they made an exemption for themselves?  When are we going to smarten up and stop letting them get away with murder.  They tax you and then use the very money they stole from you to bribe you to vote for them again.

You can try to ask them to stop calling - but you'll be wasting your time.  I did ask them to stop and they still call.  They call every day.  I never pick it up.

I got this call, the guy on the other end says, "How big be yo'dick?"
I said, "My penis is large." No joking here, that's what I said.
He said, "Muh dik be big, too."  Then he hung up.

This number came up several times and they would never leave a message, the number is 920-231-0700 so after many hang up calls from them, I called the number and got a recorded message stating it was "Strategic Fundraising" and to press 1 to be placed on their do not call list.

They call every day, in the morning.  Never leave a message.  We don't ever answer.  This could go on forever.  Who are these idiots, and why isn't there a law outlawing such "solicitations"?  It's obvious that this is not a legitimate organization.

Caller asks for a Ms. "Allison" when I answer.  The number they are calling is on the Do Not Call registry, and has been from the inception of the registry.

haha i work there... i would hate these calls aswell but for real if u don't want to be bothered... A) dont pick up the phone, or B) pick up and say take me off your list... its pretty simple and obviously we arent allowed to take no for an answer so don't get pissed when we persist people have to do their jobs... and its a legit place they arent robbing anybody and theres no commission on pledges

Calls several times daily with no ID. Does not leave a message when answering machine picks up, or when call is answered.

I do not appreciate < which are frequent and annoying, from this number. We are on the federal and State NO CALL list and we want that honored.

I keep getting calls from 920-231-0700. I have NO idea who it is, they do not leave a message !!! I wish they would just knock it off !!

It's the Republican National Committee. I turned the tables by going to the RNC website and going thru their list of phone numbers on their 'contact us' page, and I told each one of the scumbags what they could do with their calls. If enough people do what I did they'll quit harrassing America with calls they don't even answer.
