For a start, survey's that sell at the end of the survey are *not* exempt from the DNC. Secondly - A lot of illegal telemarketers try to use that to get around the laws but its a fraudulent claim.

some diabetic supply company wanting to send a free meter....yea right. I told them i already had insurance that they
could not beat the price (VA) and told them i was on do not call list. she tried to continue by using obama's healthcare law. asked her what part of not interested did she not understand and hung up.caller id said it was a survey????

Received a call asking for me today from this number. The lady on the line said she was Mary from Medcare. I told her I would be happy to take a number and call her back. She said she would call back later and hung up.

They call daily. I answer, the line disconnects. This has been going on for weeks; tried to call back but the line rings once and disconnects.

They called me asking me questions about my medical insurance and the health of my household. They were claiming to be "Medicare". I told them I not comfortable giving that information to them and they hung up. Definitely a scam.

This number calls every morning around the same time, I say hello, then hello again and it does not respond...then hangs up.
