The principals of this company are Dan Ellingson  and Jim Brick, from what I gathered when I googled the number.

If they call you just ask for one or both these guys and listen to the reaction.  That should tell you for sure.

This is not a TN number. Area code 920 is for northeast Wisconsin. 321 is a Green Bay area exchange.  It's some kind of telemarketing / debt collector and they are downright NASTY. You can ask them to stop calling 300 times and they won't.  Keep record of when they call and even record the calls if you can, then submit a harassment report with the police.

Got a call from (920) 321-0810 and they did not leave a message.  Got a call from (920) 321-0840.  Same results.  What the hell?

901-321-0810 has called several times over a 4 week period.  States Unknown, since my Area Code I picked up one time,  Ask if I was , called me by name, I said yes. Stated he was calling about my car, Its Factory Warranty had run out, was going give me a chance to renew it.  When I ask who he was and who he represented he hung up...  He is a scam guy with a bell telephone number in Memphis , TN.  Beware of this person and number. I never ever had a extended warranty.

this call is becoming a nuisance, they are calling daily and never will reveal what they want, when i ask for information, they disconnect the call, i would like for them to stop calling

Fortunately, there exists something called THE LAW, and the law regarding debt and collectors is pretty clear on these matters nowadays. If you're fortunate enough to have never accrued debt, good for you!! If you're like many of the other millions of people who have faced a hard time now and again, these laws exist to keep you protected from scavenger debt collectors, like most of these are. The LAW states that a debt is not legally collectible after an average of 7-10 years, in most states. The FEDERAL LAW states that we owe these scavengers NOTHING after this period of time, and advises that the best thing to do is to AVOID THEM. The LAW also states that WE can sue THEM for contacting us, for about $1,000 every time they do, after we've asked them, in writing, to stop. The FEDERAL LAW believes that they didnt have to extend credit in the first place, therefor the number of years allowed to sue in small claims court is finite. In conclusion, to the average person, don't let jerks like this poster guilt trip you into paying an oversized, out dated debt. Use the law to your own good and don't throw good money after bad. It's precious to come by in this day and age. Sue these scavenger debt collectors in your local small claims court instead!

These a holes called me at 8 AM on a Saturday. They left a message, pretending to be my personal, best friend. The debt is over 12 years old. Ridiculous and with no legal basis for trying to collect, I'm going to write them a cease and desist letter.

Just got a call from here asking for me and when I asked who was calling all she said was "This is Lori."  She was extremely rude with me when I asked where she was calling from so I hung up on her.

Thank you for the info, but people are WELL AWARE that credit will be destroyed with not paying a debt. Often time people don't re-pay debt not from them "playing games and refusing to pay" as you so elequelently put it, but because they are BROKE.  My husband and I have debt from medical bill incurred in 2004 when he had his appendix removed. Our insurance was terrible back then, and we owe so much money. We have tried to pay what we could, when we could, but as of late have not had money in our budget to pay it back. So when we tell a debt collector on the other line that we can't afford to pay it, we really cant pay it no playing games there.

They called me on my cell phone and asked for Mindy, I ask what they wanted her for (I don't know Mindy) and he said it was a personal matter and couldn't dicuss the matter with me. I don't give just anyone my cell number! How did they get it, or was it a random number generator just to fine out other information?

Have been getting excessive calls from this number.  It bothers me that they do not give you any information as to who is calling, or with what company.  If they were trying to properly collect or settle an account they would be straight forward and not so suspicious.  I do not trust anyone calling these days, they are probably scammers.  Do not give them any info, and call your telephone co. so they can track them, and take legal action.

I recevied several calls from them today but they refused to ID themselves would only tell me the name of their company is call center.I told them that is not a name of a company just the dynamics for their office operations. They told me they were based out of Green Bay Wisconsin. I called the number back after they hung up on me and the guy answered the phone whispering like he was from a phone sex company. I asked him why he was being a pervert and he laughed. he hung up on me again so I called back and got a lady on the phone who refused to let me speak to a manager because she had no record of them ever calling me. She said unless I was willing to give her my personal information then she would not even ID their company name because it was private. I hung up this time

This number calls me at least twice a WEEK for someone named "Keith". Every time I answer, I listen to the automated message and choose the option that I was not "Keith" and that they have "called the wrong number," and they are STILL callin me every couple days. I'm so annoyed!

I'm sick and tired of these calls !  If they can't leave a message on the voicemail then something's wrong !  And they're rood !

Don't bet on it! If they don't you're lucky! They call most people multiple times.

My number was given out as a contact number and not by me.  I called the number back and they won't be calling me anymore.

This number has been calling for months. We have a feature on our phone that allows us to block numbers. The phone rings once, then the call is disconnected. They call every 3-5 minutes about 5 times in a row.

I finally got a company name from the one b*****d, he told me CMC is the name of their company, but couldn't provide any information as to what they do. They sound like a bunch of teenagers, and they're ignorant as hell. Not to mention they have zero information as to why they've been calling.

After reading all these notes from people, I've been thinking that these people are either not legitimate or they are not following the scope of the law from numerous tactics. If trying to get through to the company (which apparently isn't working for anyone) and notifying the FTC, I would strongly suggest getting in touch with your State Representative and State Senators. Let them know of the issue, and ask them what to do about it and what they can do to help stop this kind of thing.

Sounds like you work for them as well. I understand people dodge bills all the time however it should not be on my head to stop the calling. They are looking for Mr/Ms X. I am not blaming the guy that created the debt for this. That is neither her nor there. I am blaming the company constantly calling me.

I recieve calls from this number almost daily since getting my new phone number. I have explained numerous times that I am not the person they are looking for. Upon me saying that the guy on the line stated I should know the owner and have them call if I want the calls to my number stopped. That honestly took me by suprise so I asked for the name of the company and I was told CMC. I asked what did the acronym stand for and I was told unless I provide all of my personal information I would not be told that. I then again stated I am not the person they are looking for and requested the guy quit calling. I heard him laugh out loud and say no.

This company keeps calling me weekly asking for my husband.  When I call back the number 1-920-321-0810 I get an automated message that says "thank for for holding we all our tellers are busy we will be with you shortly."  Who the heck they are I don't know.  When I call back on my home phone that they continously call I get the automated service and often hung up on.  When I called back on my cell phone, a number they didn't have I get through to a real person.  This lady said they were calling about a person that had my sons name.  I am very suspicious about how they got my son's name and phone number.  I will now do a credit check on my very young son.  I would be very leary of this agency that is not up front about why they are calling!!!!

These People keep calling me, I don't know who they are or what they want they never say. They call all the time. It's extremely annoying! They are going about it the wrong way if they want information, or money or whatever. Who are you? Why are you calling, where are you located? Why doesn't the caller I'd say who you r . Tacky and your never going to get the results you seek by being unknown a***s!!!
