leaves no message. Needs to quit calling

Has been calling for about a week. I answered once last week and there was no reply. Just now, I answered again. A voice came on the line. It was a girl laughing and saying, "NO," as if in a conversation with someone else. Then I heard someone in the background saying something about State Farm Insurance. I don't have State Farm. Next, the phone clicked, went silent for about ten seconds and then the "phone off the hook" sound.
I called the number back and got a message from US Cellular that the number has been disconnected.

Has called my house phone several times...so I called it back and got the same message that Lola got above

at least you guys get the courtesy of hearing a voice all I get is a hang up and when I call back I get the message from us cellular

I get this call and say hello! and there is know one on the line. So, I called the damn number back and it said us cellular number is not in service. What the hell is going on? Iknow ther are tricks on computer to prank text message with out giving a number to catch you and it must be the same for phone calls.

They call my boss, when I ask what this is in regards to - she states "accounting" so I ask "can you be more specific?" and her reply "I need to speak to _____ (my boss' name)" so I told her "no you don't" and hanged up!

I too got an accounting call. Friendly gentleman. All you have to do is answer the phone, and say please put me on your DNC list.

Calls our business multiple times a day. Every time I answer the phone the person on the other end hangs up immediately. Calls 3-4 times a day. I used to have a cell phone that was listed as a "massage therapist that makes house calls" in the yellow pages and that was only half as annoying as this is.

920-360-6800 keeps calling my home #. my caller ID lists the call U.S. Cellular and then the #. Who ever it is never gives up. They are getting on my nerves.  I don't use US Cellular so I know its not the company that keeps calling.

In this economy I am unsure why you want to "shut this company down" We create jobs for over 60 people, they depend on us to pay rent, and put food on the table.

Yes, we represent multiple insurance companies. Your number(s) may be in our allstate list, and it may be in our state farm list, but there is no link between the two lists. If you ask the representative from State Farm they take you off the list, and if you ask the representative from Allstate they will take you off the list as well, there is no JCAMS master list.

I monitor these forums for the best interest of my company and my employees, and will do my best to prevent legitimate complaints.

Someone needs to STOP these Scammers!!!

It's an insurance company. They asked me if i wanted to switch my insurance to them, and also asked who my current isurance company was. I told them i wasnt interested and they havent called back yet.

I receive calls from this number 4-5 times per day.  One day they are from Allstate, the next day they are from State Farm. Then there are times when there is nobody there at all, being Military personnel we have to answer our phone regardless if we don't know what  the number is.  It does become redundant after awhile.  Well now here is the answer to everyones question.  The name of the company is JCA Marketing. Even if you ask them to take you off of there call list, they will still call you.  File a police report.  It is the only way to shut this company down.

I got a call from this gal last Friday and, like an idiot, I gave her my info so she could quote me a rate on my car and home insurance.  I gave her mine and my husbands names, our make and model of our cars and our address, she claimed that this agent (can't remember who she said) would call me back on Monday...no call!  I'm trying to remember what other info I gave this gal...hope I didn't give her too much....geez!  It was a long day....I should know to never answer my phone when I do not know the number.

Received a call from a young woman claiming to be with State Farm Insurance.  I gave out my name and birthday but got suspicious when she wanted to verify my address and it was an address I had never heard of.  She told me she was representing an agent in DC but when I looked online I couldn't find anyone with that name or a similar name.  Do Not answer calls from this number seems like a scam.  I tried to call the number back but was given an automated message stating out of service.

Got another call from them, they do business to business calls for accounting. Nice lady, very respectful and unintrusive, but I have no need for an accountant for my business.

Got a call from this number this morning.  No message left.  After reading comments, I will let machine pick up and they can continue to not leave messages!

I got a call from this number, listed as a Wisconsin cell phone number. Very odd.

No message left. Come from cell phone in WI. Always calling. Will call any hour of the day or night. Annoying. Called back and not existing number.

Keep getting calls from 920-360-6800. Today was the first time I was available to answer. No one was there! ID comes up as U. S. Ceelular.

What a load of crap.
