Received a text message from this number early this morning "For the assistance you requested with improving your credit, reply YES8 now." I have NEVER requested assistance with my near perfect credit score.

I replied with F@#& YOU.
I pay for each mess. since I don't use text much. Only from the kids.

Oh, that's what this was. It said something about how to get out of debt... I am not legal yet, so this is obviously some kind of hoax.. I thought it was one of my friends who got my number without me knowing, so I replied (just to mess with "them"):
I am obviously in your debt. I will do anything to repay you. ;)
I got so bored...
Seriously how the hell did they get my or anyone else's number?

Recieved the message "To prevent your credit from holding you back, reply YES8 to learn how" - scary to know that they have your phone number; what other information could they possibly have!

Received a similar text message this morning: "To take control of your debt, reply YES8 to find out how easy it is today." - definitely a scam of some sort; BEWARE.

Getting so sick and tired of these solicitations am thinking of eliminating all my phones (landline and cell) and communicating only by e-mail!!!
