Annoying, calls repeatativly claims to be from the police security foundation...Ha...Not buying it!

ID said wireless call.We are on the do not call list for both state and federal.I have reported these people before.I am sure it is a "throw away" cell phone.The person on the other end can barely speak English and seems(?) to have trouble understanding what I am trying to get across to them.They have represented the sheriff department, a company selling insurance, etc.I have reported them to the local authorities and filed complaints with the do not call lists both state and federal.

Told us they were from the sheriffs department. When you call back the mailbox is full...
