I got a text from this number today wanting to purchase my bronco. Gave a story similar to the others of being out at sea. beware!

Got a text about buying my Gator Tail boat. Wanting to use pay pal account. This is a SCAM.....beware.

This person contacted me thru craigslist to buy my motorhome. Said he will only pay thru paypal. This person is a scammer and paypal acct is fraudulent.

Charles me too he wont give me any personal info kinda pisses me off... ill report him to the FBI for scamming he will pay for it with him bn someone bi*** for the rest of his life

Same story as the rest, don't these people work out that the rest of the world communicates, and there scams are so easily spotted.

Keeps texting to buy our pop-up. Wanted our paypal email...etc.. SCAMMER!!

They texted me wanting to buy my 5th Wheel. I decided to check out the number and found this site.  Thanks everyone.

Keeps sending text messages to my cell asking about purchasing my 5th wheel.
I know it is a scam but reporting number so others will be aware.

I recieved a text this morning from the same number stating they wanted to buy my tent trailor for the asking price of $4000 and that they would pay with paypal.  I asked him to call me but said he was offshore.  After I agreed they sent another text stating that they had a problem with the Pick up agent and that they insisted that he pay the sum of $1000 for transport and legal bookings of the item which must be paid via Western Union Money transfer so he wanted me to help him send the money to the agent and he would include the money in the payment to paypal to make a total of $5100 including the fee.

I sent him back a text stating that I was not comfortable doing that and that he or someone he knows should do it or that I would pay cash, from the paypal deposit in my acct, when trailer is picked up.

He sent me a text back, again stating the he wanted me to handle because he is offshore and there is no other way.  

I then decided to google the phone number to see who I'm dealing with and saw Sally's post.

I text him back and told him that before I agreed to anything I needed the Western Union info and the name of the agent.  He did send me back a name and address in Atlanta, GA (I'm in CA and 920 is a WI area code) and said I'm sending the money now.  I text him back and told him that I had agreed to nothing and that I needed to think about it.  He text me back with an alright.

I have recieved numerous texting form this phone number wanting to purchase my car. They say they deposited the funds plus an additional $1000 so that I can take that $1000 and send it western union before the $4600 is cleared. They actually send you emails from "PayPal" that look authentic, but they are a fruad. I called PayPal and they said they never use Western Union, and they never ask for funds in advance.
