I had a lovely experience with these folks too.  I told the woman I had been unemployed and just couldn't afford to pay the bill right now.  She insisted that I pay the bill.  I explained my situation and that I would when I could.  I've never been unemployed in my life and have always paid my bills.  She told me maybe I should get   off my a** and pay my bills.  I said, I hope it never happened to her, she said it wouldn't because she isn't a lazy loser....I hung up...no one needs to be belittled and spoken to like that.

its a collection agency, some of these agency`s buy debts for pennies on the dollar and the try to collect full price.

Received a call from this number looking for my wife, who was at work.  When I asked if I could take a message the woman asked if there was a better number to reach her.  I advised that this was her home number, and then asked who was calling.  The woman then hung up.  It is illegal for any collection agent to refuse to identify themselves on such a call.

I identified the company by doing a reverse lookup on the phone number on the caller ID

They are a collection agency for ThedaCare and are VERY unprofessional.  They have called my home, my wife answers, asks if she can take a message and who they are, they say no, they will call back later and hang up.  Very rude, very unprofessional

Rude isn't the word for it.  UNBELIEVEABLE!!  Who the hell do these fat wenches think they are!!  I'm so mad.  Just got off the phone with them & told them I would take it up with Theda Care.  They STILL persisted to ask questions even after I told them it was none of thier business.  "Pay your Bills"  Check your Mail".  Finally told her to go to hell & hung up.  It is now proudly in my phone as "Do Not Answer... Rude Bi****s".

These are the rudest bunch of people ive ever spoke to.  Go off on then and they will leave u alone!!

As for it being a real business , I believe it was a section of The Care that deals with the bills that are sent to their creditor's inside before going outside and then oopps.. bad credit.

Yeah I got the same call just now and I asked them who it was and when I asked them what agency they where she said, "okay, Valentine*, will call back later." Then hung up on me.

I have the number and I called it back, Creditor Company, name : Andy he said it was from some Theda Care Bills & Behavioral Health. I asked him if he accepts food stamps or quest card? ... haha. he said oh.
I had told him I have a forum from the county/government that says I don't have to pay those bills cause of income.
county I know you don't have to pay, Theda Care always gives you those forums to fill out so you won't be charged as much or at all but not many people fill them out. I'm sure I have filled one out though. He said, Andy, that it was probably something from Madison , that would be for Government so it would cover State and Theda Care Bills if you have a lot of bills and are low income or S.S.I. try finding Government help through Madison, WI sorry wish I had a link.

Did this number ever call you back? They called me telling me I had an undue balance through Theda Clark or something. I paid it right away, and now am worried cuz i can't find any info on that number as being a business.

I received a call from this number at 7:31pm CST. Didn't answer, no message left. I called the number using *67 and a woman named Kathy answered, she wanted to know my name before she would tell me why she called.  I hung up on her..I wasn't giving out any info.
