I just got a call from that number. I called back and was unable to complete the call. I tried 4 times. Haven't a clue who it is .

Just got a call at 3 am during the week.  By the time I got to the phone, the ringing stopped. No message left.

I just got a call from them with a msg. It was from Occupational Health at Affinity Medical. The callback # was a generic #, and when I called it back it took me to an Affinity switchboard.

I just did, no message.
