I was called last night and heard what sounded like a TV going in the background of a political discussion, debate or interview. When I hung up the phone it would not immediately terminate the connection, in fact it probably tied up my line for 2 minutes. I thought computerized messages like this were unlawful

I received a voice mail at work from this number at 2:12 AM Eastern Time. It was a live recording of a campaign speech from a Democratic contender. I didn't listen long enough to determine who the candidate was or what the message was all about. Seemed like it was just a lame attempt at a prank call by some high school kid or drunken college punk.

i was called at 315 AM EST.
