This person has been around for a long time. If I don't answer his calls he goes away for awhile only to return 4 to 6 wks later.
After many recipiants make threating respnses, he moves his residence.  I have traced him and know this to be a fact. At one point he was calling offshore.
He is either addicted or nuts or thinks it's fun to play cat and mouse.
One time I told him my son works for the feds and they would be closing in on him soon.
The calls stopped for a wonderful few months.
It would be awesome if the Feds did find an interest. before this nut does something far more serious
than annoy people.

May 21. 2012 THEY ARE STILL AT IT !  Got a call from someone saying he was an engineer with Microsoft and my computer was going to crash in an hour if I didn't do as he said. Instead he heard the crash of my phone when I hung up on him!

Got a missed call from the number 923056972550 at7:35pm 19th may 2012.Called back at 10:37pm but never picked my call.Googled and found it was from Tajikistan.Why and how do they get my number?Still too many scam messages in my Email and suspect information leaked by recruitment agencies since i have registered with some as i am looking for job.I receive 4 scams daily on average.

I keep getting calls from this number also. The first time I said which computer I have 20 of them. He said f u and then hung up. Just today I spoke to him in German and he got really pissed and said f--k my mother I am a mother f--ker.

Yesterday, got a call from 000-000-0000, today got a call from 923-654-3216, sounds like the same guy.  He has a foreign accent. He said the same thing today, as yesterday.  He is calling from Windows something,something something.  They have detected some error reports from my computer,  and if not corrected, my computer may crash.  He wants me to go over to my computer and he will walk me through somethingggggggg.  I told him, "Windows would not call their customers, you are running a scam!  You want to get into my computer and access it and get my passwords,etc.  You should be reported to the FTC commission".  I asked him, "if he knows so much about my computer, what Windows program am I running?"  He couldn't answer that.....I made him so mad, that he got mad and hung up, but not before calling me a "bloody bi***"!!!sorry about the language, but that is what he said!!!

Second time i have received a call about the eminent danger to my computer. The first time I just hung up halfway thru - I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Couple of weeks later... back again. This time I said I was reporting him and what was his name again???? No response.

Received call from a man that was speaking so quickly (English not his first language), I had to ask him to start over again and speak slower.  Figured there was something fishy about him when he said that they could tell my IP service address was having problems and that my computer was going to crash if I didn't correct it, yadda, yadda.  I politely said I wasn't going to talk to him and hung up.

Received call regarding my Windows.  Heavy foreign accent.  Told him I did not have a computer and he hung up.

I got a call from an unknown number, when someone blocks there number from showing up on your caller ID that is an immediate red flag. But I went ahead and answered the phone, and was connected with a guy with really poor English who claimed to a representative of Microsoft calling me about corrupt files on my computer. He claimed that he worked for some company and was calling every single person who had a Microsoft operating system. That is almost like calling every single person who has a telephone (Second Red Flag). I allowed him to take me to the event viewer where he supposed showed me all all of the files that were corrupt on my computer. He said that was why my computer was running so slow, then he wanted to take me to some website, and at that point I decided to listen to that little inner voice that said that something was wrong with this situation and simply hung up on the guy, while I did a little bit of research on these types of scams. I had never heard of anything happening like this until I found this website along with a number of others that reported similar stories. As of right now he has called me back 3 times with the same unknown number.   He seemed pretty desperate to get into my system.

I just got the same call.  Told him I worked for the sheriff's office.  He told me I could go f*** myself.  I said pardon me and he said f*** you cops and go f*** yourself.  Wow.  I have to deal with that at work I'm not going to deal with it at home too!!

I have been recieving phone calls from these guys for 2 years now. The first time they called they tried to say suncorp for microsoft then microsoft windows. They accidently called from their real number and i called back after the six phone call from them. The federal trade commission blocked the number and said if you have recieved calls from them it was a scam to gain access to ur computer and make u buy fake antivirusfor 80 bucks as well.
I called microsoft and they said they would never call you unless u called them with a problem and they have a case number they have to give. I asked a***ole for the case number and he hung up. The next time he called i yelled at him as usual and he said..no i wont stop calling u. They call me every other months about four to five times. The next time i asking for a date lmfao. I think instead of yelling im gonna woo him bahahaha

They started calling shortly after i purchased a computer from best buy. It was hacked and i bought a new one, that one was hacked so i said i would rather spend money on an apple. Luckily apple is worth every penny.

I have asked them to stop calling, only so many times i can insult their mothers and wives and fathers

Just got the same call- you could tell by me using my convenient & might I add readily available "dumb country girl" accent he was just as annoyed by me being a pain as I was with him! I wish I were that bored!!!! Thanks for the insight guys! We could really have some fun with this "prize"!!!!

Just got this call on my cell phone.  No answer when I picked up.

Just recieved a call from a man who sounded like he was from India.  He first called from an international number of +92 365 43216.  He claimed to be with microsoft and asked if I was in front of my computer.  I told him no, but I would be in a few hours.  He said my computer was going to crash in 15 minutes and I needed to allow him to access to fix it.  He called back from the same number a few hours later (as promised) however, I did not answer.  He immediately called from an american number of 923 654 3216.  I ignored it and he called 5 times in 4 minutes.  He called back one last time, I answered and told him to F*** Off.  THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM.

This time I told him I have a Mac and he hung up again. I think I'll just keep messing with them until they get as tired of talking to me, as I am of talking to them.

Been receiving this call regularly for about 8 months now. Dude is ruthless, and will try to convince you he is from Windows and that you need to "renew your license key". Best method is to simply not answer the calls, but don't expect the calls to stop.

I get this call almost every day.  Sometimes it rings and shows 923 -654-3216.  Sometimes it appears as caller "unknown".  I told them to take me off the list and never called me again. But they just blow you off and keep calling.  It is always a middle eastern / India accent.  
I just don't answer it any more.  I'm thinking of getting one of those air horns you attach to an air can and just blasting it in the phone when they call.   :-)

Don't worry....I screwed up his instructions for about 15-20 minutes where in the process they put 2 other people on the line to explain how to do comply with their instructions. Now I wish I would have recorded it. They got REALLY pissed off.

This number has called repetedly and I always tell them to stop calling. This time when I said no t t the "Windows" help the male caller started to call me names and was making vulger comments.  That's definatly a tip off right there.

Received a call, was asked not be called and was told to F*ck Off.

They scamed me today, how can we really report it?  I want them to stop!!

Have had this number call several times in the last couple of weeks, they usually try to leave a message but can't understand what they are saying.

Called three times from 000-000-0000 claiming to be from windows company and that someone had downloaded a virus into my computer.  I had my wireless carrier block their number.  The fourth time was 923-654-3216.  I told them each time not to call and the fourth time the guy said "F*** you!"  The wireless carrier blocked this one.

These called me four times in the last day and a half.  The first three times their number was 000-000-0000.  The last two times I grew beligerent and told them not to call again.  The last time they called from 923-654-3216.  When I told him in no uncertain terms not to call he said, "Hey man, what is your trip?"  I told him he was and not to call, to whit he said, "F*** you!"  isn there a government agency or some form of law enforcement to stop these guys?  I've had both numbers blocked by my wireless carrier.  They told me it would expire in 90 days unless I renewed it.

I,ve getting those phone calls from this number, saying that my computer is gonna crash. I have a mac and they "think" i have a PC. so the last rime I told them that i've gotten this call before and that I have a mac and that my computer is not gonna crash. Mother f****r knew my name and told me to f*** off. I really want know what company that is

The caller ask for me by name.  I told him that I was filing a complaint to the Attorney General of the state from which he was calling and also the AG here in Oregon.

These people call my home weekly. Ive told them to stop calling but they dont. I told them there is nothing wrong with my computer and that they are a scam.

This number just called, and I requested he take me off of his "Call List." We aregued for several minutes before he tells me to F**** Off, then he hung up on me. He says he is from Windows Company.
