Repeatedly calls but does not leave voice message. When I called back answered by auto attendant which says the company is MRS Associates. From what I gather they are a debt collector.

They call everyday.  Caller ID says San Ramon.  Lately I have been answering and just hanging up - they still call back.

Have received several call....no one on the line when answered.

They got my number from a Craig's list add and call daily.  I'm on the do not call list.  If you have Verizon, add them to Call & Message Blocking so they can't get through.  I'm guessing they will remove your number after a few times.

get a call from 925 230 2800 at least 2 times a day, they never leave a message. I wish they would stop calling!!

I got a number of calls from that number.  no one is there when I pick up. Auto Dialer??    When you call back it kicks into a leave message thing.

Way to make sure that no one tries this product.

Several calls from this number but no caller ID. Tried calling them back but an automated message says that this box cannot receive messages at this time.

Cald many times-that I was late in contra costa times payment and wants me to pay by phone..I called cc times I was not late..whoever this caller is a SCAM..

These guys are "Turnkey Solutions"  using 925 230-2800 & 415 691-4608...plus others I'm sure.  VERY BOTHERSOME!!!  They never leave a message and call at least once a day, sometimes more.  My wife and I have to unplug the phone if we want to take a nap or sleep in.  I have lodged a complaint with the donotcall people, as we have been registered as "donotcall" for months.  Its time to take these bastards down.

Got a call and when I called back, it went to voicemail saying you have reached the voicemail box of Turnkey solutions

No voice mail left.

I have received about three calls now from this number, always between 6:30-7:30, never any voice message left. Very annoying.

A girl was speaking. I heard someone's laughing beside her.
She asked me sth, but I did not understand.

I get calls several times a day from 925-230-2800.  The phone rings once then stops.  This is really annoying and I want it to stop.

Stated they were calling for an outstanding balance of $28 for the Tri-Valley Herald.  They had my wife's name, which is disturbing since we subscribe to the SF Chronicle and never subscribed to the TVH.

They have called my house the past two evening around 630pm and haven't left messages here either. Annoying.

I get calls from this number 5 or 6 times a week.  It always hangs up just when i answer.  When i call back i get a message saying that it is Turnkey Solutions.  I googled them and they look like a respectable firm.  what is going on?

925-230-2800  This calls shows Out of Area but infact I am in 925 area code.  They never leave a message and they call after 8:00pm in the evening

I get calls from the 925-230-2800 number and the 415-691-4608 number daily.  No messages ever.  I'm on the donotcall list in CA and the federal list.

I called the number back and like many listed above it's a female voice,which is a voicemail with a message regarding turning key, something along those lines. They called my house about 535 pm on a Friday. This is the first call I have ever received from this number. Nothing to pay any mind simply ignore, if it's important they'd be leaving a message.

I received a phone call this evening from this phone # at about 7:00. A man claiming to be John, sort of had to think a while before saying anything and started mumbling, so I hung up. I took it to be a prank call at first, but then when I called it back and "no operators are available at Turnkey Solutions". I think it may be a group of scammers. I hope this isn't a daily occurrence.

The guy said he's from the Tri Valley Times.  called at 7:05 pm.

1st call 8:29pm:  415-691-4608 (Belvedere Ti CA)
2nd call 8:43pm:  925-230-2800 (San Ramon CA)

No messages were left.  However, I seem to recall answering these before and the caller ended-up soliciting me to sign-up for a newspaper (Contra Costa Times or similar local paper).
