http://www.a1solarpower.net/contact-us/.         This is the website for the company making these calls.  They have a contact page with no phone number of course.  But you can drop them a message.   If we bombard them with negative messages maybe they will move on.     They have several"offices" in the 925 area..   And their main office is in So.Cal..

I too have been plagued by this number. Found out it is actually a company called A1 Solar Power in Concord. You should all file a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. I did. It is the only way to stop these guys. They keep changing their name and pretend to be other companies. Keith,  I have filed complaints with the FCC - Concord PD and the original carrier of the number Bandwidth.com - I have spent 6+ hours trying to get these people - I am as sick of it as all of the people posting -

I blocked the 246-5439 number the other day.  Guess what?  Didnt work. Got two calls today!

The caller-ID says Bay Computing but the one time I talked to a person they gave some other company name. At that time I also asked that they remove me from their list. The person on the call said, "Oh don't worry we'll call you back." Ever since I get typically more than one call a day and never a person but typically just a hang-up. It is very annoying and I am feeling harassed at this point.

This number keeps calling several times a day for the past few weeks and my number is unlisted and on do-not-call - are any of these really working?

They call everyday, sometimes more than once.  I've gotten a male voice as I was hanging up and yesterday a woman's voice giggling when I said hello.

Do something about it don't just reply to the emails!  It's still a reflection on your company.

Every time I answer a call from this number they hang up. I get at least four or five a day.

For weeks I have been receiving several calls a day from this cell phone in Concord.  It probably is not Bay Computing Group as indicated.  When I try to call the number back it is always busy.  I called Comcast and they told me I could add this number to call screening by pressing:  star, 6, 0  on the phone and listening to the prompts.  Hopefully it works!

I just got a call from this number at 12:07 AM, yes AM.  They have called 7 times in the last 7 days.  When I call back I just get a busy signal.  Will report it to local authority....I have had it!

They still keep calling and hanging up when they get the answering machine!!!!!

Randy- even on the internet it shows 925 246-5439 as YOUR number on your own web cite.  Don't lie and say you are not associated with it- that is NOT true.  If they are spoofing your number as you say, then YOU should be fixing it.  Gee- wouldn't a legit company want that fixed?  not convinced

I just received a call from 925-246-5439 "Out of Area". I'm in 925...I don't understand how that is out of area. Normally, I do not answer phone if caller ID is not reconginzed, but since I'm expecting a very important call, I decided to answer. I said Hello, nothing. I said Hello, again. A man's voice said Mrs. Smith?  I said, Yes. Then the phone went dead. I called the number back only to have a busy signal.

Caller said from "Go Green Energy" VERY VERY rude. When we told her we didn't have room on our roof for solar she said "Why? Are your kids hanging out up there?" Told her to remove our name we asked for her name and it got nasty.

Caller ID displays Bay Area Computing which may be fake. Many calls from them. I told them we were not interested in their energy saving product and to STOP calling us and remove our number from their list, but they still continue to call. This invasive and annoying tactic of persistent calling back after we "demanded" not to be called anymore needs an iron fist type legal response. It is not only this caller but others like them so I am contacting politicians and whoever else that has the relevant authority that will listen. In the meantime I added their number to our block number list. Hopefully something can be done to stop these unwanted calls. The Do Not Call Registry only works for people that obey the law.

925-246-5439 has been calling twice a day for the past month.  This morning at 8:35 they called again.  This time I caught the call before they hung up.  Young lady said they were from National Renewable Energy.  I told her not to call anymore and that I had reported her company to the National Do Not Call registry (for whatever good that does) and what was she going to do about it.  
She did something.  She hung up on me.

I answered a call from 925 246-5439.  The person said he was calling on behalf of PG&E.  He said he is telling people on my street about a new "solar power offer".  I said this sounded like a 'Sales' call.  The caller became angry, and started screaming at me.  He wouldn't let me talk.  I tried to tell him we are on a Do Not Call list.  He wouldn't listen.
It really creeped me out.

Several times a day for 2 weeks. Never a live person. Called my carrier and learned about * 60 to block (limited to 12) unwanted callers.  =)

They call often and hang up.  The National Do Not Call Registry sure doesn't work for me.  I seem to get many telemarketing hang-up calls.

The same thing just happened to me and this is not the first time they have called.
