Form popped up on my computer and automatically filled out. A skim phone call immediately happened. I'm afraid they have my credit card and now I'm very angry.

I received 2 calls yesterday and 1 call today from 925-298-6058, caller ID says Lafayette, CA and it must be a promotion for electronic cigs because I just ordered a free trial from another company call liftecigs.com and now they want me to try their stuff too. Thats my best guess from knowing what I did and reading what you guys have written because their not leaving messages. If it were the people I gave money to send the free samples to, they would leave a message because I gave them consent buy ordering. It's amazing to me how fast your name and number get sold out to all these telemarketers and to how many. I mean tons. Want free coupons, 25 or more emails or calls you'll get. Freebies....no such thing because they don't free up your email for you to know wtf you signed up for in the first place. You enter one survey, you've entered a million, all in one little survey. It shouldn't be that easy.

You have way to much time on your hands and the do not call list is not a joke, it works. Try doing something constructive with the time you waste keeping these ridiculous logs. No one cares about your piddling phone problems, least of all the government. Did you try just not answering the phone? What an idiot.

I tried switching my home page to yahoo. When I finished I took a survey and "won" this cigarette device. Got to the part where they try to charge you and backed out. But they got my phone number before hand and I got this call about an hr later.

I just called the number and requested my number be removed from their list. Talked to a real live person (rare) and he was very nice, said he would take my number off the call list. Hope this works and he wasn't full of hot air... I made the mistake of entering my info on an internet ad, too, and then saw the recurring fee every month for E-cigs. What a joke!

Ugh annoyinggh

Thanks for the info, guys! I also received an email about a free e-cig so I signed up, thought sure why not? Then didn't want to pay 9.99 for shipping so I changed my mind. Had no idea about the $100 every few months! That's what I get for not reading the fine fine print. Hours later, this number called and I didn't answer, looked up the number and found detailed info here! Thank you all again for clearing this up!

I was going to sing up for free offer then backed out when I saw they were gonna charge a monthly bill. I made the mistake of going far enough to give a phone number. I wondered if I would get a call? I did and now I will be getting agravated. This number rang 3 times and hung up about an hr after.
I do not want these people calling

I got an email stating free e-cigs, I went to fill out the info and saw 10. shipping so canceled. My google auto fill - filled in the blanks, but there was NO visable place for a phone number. I think my auto filled it in - for them, as I never give out my number. Got a hang up call 2 hours after doing this

By now, everyone should have figured out that the FTC
DO NOT CALL LIST [so-called] IS JUST A BIG JOKE.
However, everyone should keep filing their complaints,
and to keep their own respective log regarding same.
Here is an example of my own personal log-book, which
is very easily and simply kept by using "TEXT:"

I keep a separate TEXT FILE named for each and every
number I receive these damned calls from, and then to
just add to it, most recent call at the top.
Nothing is going to happen on this, unless "EVERYONE"
continually bombards the FBI, your CONGRESSMAN,
your LOCAL TV NEWS, any and all NEWSPAPERS, etc.
I have been doing this myself, but will not continue to
be the only one doing it. Strongly suspect that at least
the FBI has now "black-balled" my email name. Either
that, or they simply responnd as "NOT READ," just as my
Congresswoman; Kay Granger of Texas has also done.
Here is her email address: kay@kaygranger.com
[please find yours as well?]
Below will be a list of all of the FBI Field Offices email
addressess, as well as USDHS, that I have found to be
vaild, in such a manner that should make it easy for one
to simply "COPY" and "PASTE" them into your email.

sales for E-cigs They stole my from an add on the internet that said free trial and then charged 10 bucks shipping. I don't pay that much for the ecigs I use now I certainly am not paying that much for "Free" cigs once I got to the 10 dollar shipping charge I erased my form and now am getting these calls. If I never completed the form how did they steal my phone number? i HATE THESE SKANKY TWO BIT LOSERS ,who are to lazy to get a job and would rather scam and scam their way through life!
