calls and hangs up

I called the number back and was told to press 1 to be put on a do not call list, but I have gotten numerous calls since then. How do I report the calls and to whom?

Same thing is happening to by daughters cell phone. They call every other day, leave no message. I also tried calling back and it rings once then silence.

I keep getting unwanted calls from 925-298-9606

So tired of calls from this number.

They have called my cell phone 3 times today, several times in the past few days. Why do they think I want to use even one minute for THEIR message?????

Thanks for the tips.  Not sure my phone has the "No Ring" option, but now I'm motivated to search for it.  In fact, I cannot even intuitively find a "Block" list to which to add this number.  Annoying...this all makes more work for me.

Called three times with no message. What is the point of them calling and leaving no message?

Received two calls in two hours this morning on my vacation. No messages, this needs to stop! I don't answer, but it is annoying how much this number is calling.

They call starting at 8am and up to 945pm at night. I called them back 3x and finally got a recording offering an option to not be called. Hello, they are so annoying !! They claim to be a marketing company .

The caller is a sales agent from American Home Shield, a home warranty company.

The National Do Not Call list does work for legitimate telemarketers but this is not one. Your phone number was found using a bot caller. It just calls sequential numbers till it hits a live one then saves and/or transfers the call to a live person so that they can solicit you. Reporting the number to the NDNC list will not work in this case. It is not legit!

The best way to "silence" the phone calls is to add it to a contact that is "No Ring". This will cause the incoming call to go directly to voice mail which this person doesn't leave one. The only thing you see is a missed call.

If you sign up for the National Do Not Call list @ https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx  you can report any number that calls your number that is unsolicited.  I just reported this one, meaning that the company will be contacted (and if I understand it correctly can even be fined) and asked to explain why they are violating the do not call law.  My cell phone resembles a business number and I assume that computers select numbers that end in 000 at random, but they break the law if the number is on the list.

Called me and it was a recording and I'm on a no call list
