Yet another criminal scam that hides their identity. Note the changes to the caller ID names. Put them all in your block list and be done with them.

Pre-recorded message for business loans up to $250,000. Option to accept press #1, or press #9 to opt out. The opt out option has a very lengthy after message. Let it play out and then hang up.

I  get these calls too... if you have a 'smartphone' you can eliminate the call from coming through on your phone by simply 'adding' the number to your 'contact list' in your phone then 'barring' the number...and, voila... they will still call you but your actual phone will not ring anymore. You can even set some smartphones (mine is an HTC but you can do this on all of them) to let you know later that the number called you but it won't bug you anymore!

I've rec'd two call already this morning from  this number. No one is there when I answer.  My caller ID identifies the number as "John Muir".

I don't know how to make these calls stop. But I do know I will boycott these newspapers and the entire media company. I'm only one person but I will never support them again because of these frickin calls. Store these numbers in your phone book (if calls are happening on your mobile) as telemarketer so you know not to answer, they use several different numbers. 8607916708, 7025760493, 9253155972, 9259438111, 7025760450, 8779449744. I need to block the calls from 925-315-5972!

These creeps call me about 3 times every single day -weekends too and when I pick up no one is ever there.  I'm sick and tired of this!  I have no debt and nothing to hide - just sick of prank phone calls.

I guess this is a marketing ploy. I get several calls per day from this number. I do not answer it as i do not know who it is. But it is annoying to have to delete these numbers all the time.

Someone keeps calling from CFM at 925-315-5972 and never leaves a message.  I don't answer because I don't answer unknown calls and I'm on the do not call list.  Really annoying.  Who are they?

Got a call from this number at 2:45 PM today, caller ID says CFM. No one on the line after I answer. Also got a call yesterday at 1:45 PM from 702-576-0439, caller ID said CFM, no one was on the line.

Stop Calling!!!Q They are harassing me

These people call me often. Yes, I've answered it once and found it to be a newspaper subscription group. When I don't answer the phone, they don't leave a message. They're a pain and should be fined for bothering people on a regular basis.

Started received calls from this number two weeks ago. They never leave a voice message. Yesterday I answered it and it was a telemarketer for the San Jose Mercury New trying to sell me a subscription.

We are receiving multiple daily calls by this company. Usually no one speaks. Once I was asked if I wanted to subscribe to the West County Time and I said no. I was going to ask to be put on the no call list but the man hung up the phone as I started to make the request. He hung up on me.

Call them back, ask them to remove your name from their list. That should fix the problem. OR, if you call them back from the phone they call, there is an option to press 1 to be removed from their list. They ask for 72 hours for your request to take effect.

I work in 925 area code but don't live here. Not even sure how they got my number. Just called and asked to be removed from their list. The message says "Thank you for calling your local newspaper".

Keep receiving calls from this number 1-2 X a day.   Provides no NAME.
