They called me about the "Dream Act" which would allow illegal alien students to have a way to legalization after college. She wanted to connect me to my senator's office to tell him to support it.  I told her I was not for amnesty.  She said this was not amnesty.  I told her it was a form of amnesty and that I did not support it.  She said she wasn't going to talk over me and then hung up on me.  I have to say that this was the first I had heard of this issue, so by bringing my attention to it, I'm going to call my Senator and let him know that I want him to vote against it.  We cannot allow the breaking of our laws to reap rewards.

This person / company called our parsonage, but did not leave a message.   When I called that number back, the recorded message said that "this is not a working number."    Guessing from the others who have registered complaints about these folks at this number, there is something crooked going on.   We hope that they and all the twits who cause viruses and spyware are sent to Siberia.

They called today with much the same message - in my case, saying that they would put me in contact with Sen. Bennett (UT), which made me extremely suspicious. I've never heard of the National Campaign to Reform Immigration (nothing on Google), and the guy who called me (a Texan?) kept slipping when I asked which organization it was - once he said 'National Organization to Reform America', an even less recognizable/specific moniker than the other. He seemed absolutely terrified that I would get a word in edgewise - say, to ask exactly what kind of reform his organization supports. When he started talking too fast and relentlessly, I hung up.

I'm trying to figure out how, as a scam, this could be useful to anybody. If they call again, maybe I'll let them put me through just to let Bennett's office know they've being targeted.

This number has called 3 times in 3 days.  Each time asking for a different family member.  They want us contact our Congressman about immigration reform.  They told me they got our contact info from voters rolls, but could tell me where they got our phone number.  I asked them not to call my home again.

when i answerd the phone , there was a  hispanic girl asking me to help support a bill to get illegal aliens from mexico  a workers permit ,  i asked her if this was for amnisty she said no, i said  so you want me to support  illegal aliens who come here illegally (hence the term illegal ) so they can get a job permit  so you can take away jobs from documented  or legal  natural born citizens? she said jes, i saif f*** off

it was a person asking me to support a bill that allows illegal immigrants to work here. they called my cell like twice a day 9253649919

This number 9253649919 called me this morning at 7:36 am Pacific Time I was in the shower and did not answer.  They did not leave a message.  When I tried to call back from my work phone at 9:40 am PST I got a disconnected tone and an recorded operator  :"We're sorry this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service..."
From reading the posts everyone else has posted I am lead to believe this is probably a calling center/scam operation. I have no idea how they got my number.  Especially since my number is not a CA area code.

From the comments on this thread, it appears the caller is working for an organization that wants to tilt the playing board in congress in favor of immigrants.  If you see this # pop up in your caller I.D. you don't have to answer the call.  Sooner or later, the caller will get the message and give up.  Always remember if the call is important, they will leave a message.

Called recently, but (as I know) no message left.  Showed up as "San Ramon CA" on caller ID.  Hopefully they can STOP CALLING.

Called me today but I did not answer. tried to call back but call did not connect.

Called once yesterday and four times today - nobody was home to take the call. We don't take calls from #'s we don't know anyway. They've never left a message, but hange up as soon as the answering machine beeps. I came home to several messages and four of them were this number (just hanging up with no message). Annoying!

They just called me and they claim to be a no profit! What a JOKE!

Someone at this number called our house this morning at 10:44.They wanted us to call our Senate President to make ilegals legal,when we did not agree they yelled at us and called us RACISTS and hung up

I have worked in a phone bank for a charitable organisation and it's almost of the same nature.I understand all your worries, but no matter the origin of calls we get, as civilised people we have to exhibit good manners on the phone and calmly say NO to the offer and that we wouldn't like to be contacted again. Most of the phone banks used for political and other reasons have disposition to set according to the response to the call. If we just hang up or don't answer, the disposition can be set as 'call not complete' which automatically may call again. So in my opinion it costs nothing to be polite and calm for just a few seconds, thank the caller for contacting you, say NO and ask  to be taken out of the call list. END OF STORY AND WORRIES!!!!!!!!! We are civilised people and calm talk between two people is always better than a settlement involving a third party to enforce laws!!

It's pretty tough to be nice to a person who will not listen to NO and continues to argue with you.  I have run 3 Call Centers and my telemarketers were not allowed to argue with the customer.  These people have an agenda, Amnesty for Illegals.  Sorry, you talk about being civilized, civilization is built on rules, break the rules the civilization breaks down.  Stepping one foot into this Country without authorization is against the law. (breaking the rules)  If we allow it, what law are we going to overlook next...murder?   You can argue that Justifiable Homicide for a Better Lifestyle is justified.  No, the law is the law and if I get some creep on the line who want to argue with me...I will not be nice!

I spoke to them, they were soliciting support for Illegal Aliens.   I tried to call the number back, got a recording that the number had been disconnected.  I filed a complaint with the FCC.

My advice is check caller i.d and let answering mach take it most times they hang up. they just started with me this week. they tried a year ago same number I would not answer then and now they are not going to waste my time now.

Hey guys..they called me 7 times in ONE day! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR and I am on state an national do not call list..I also am blocking their number..I suggest we all do the same..+ report them....crooks do NOT give them ANY personal info!

I get calls from this # every day for the last two weeks. After reading the comments here, I decided to agree to leave a messege for my senator, but the message I left was in no way about immigration reform. Lets just say I vented about telemarketers, do not call lists and unauthorized calls.
Lets hope the senator get THAT MESSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
