I get a call from this number every day, usually at the same time.  Why can't they be shut down?

This call is from A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state: San Diego, Costa Mesa, Carpenteria, Petaluma, Concord, and San Jose) or one of its telemarketing fronts.  

A1 Solar Power?s telemarketing fronts usually spoof both the Caller-ID name and the Caller-ID number or use recently disconnected numbers.  Occasionally, they will spoof the active number of an unsuspecting victim.

I get at least 1-2 calls a day! Never a live person. Always disconnects. 925-439-8715, -8710, -8695,8689, -8661, -8659. So done with these people!

They call at least once a day - other numbers used - 8661 and 8630.

they have called me multiple times, and everytime I answer, there is no reply, and suddenly, they disconnect. I have tried to call back to be put on the do not call list, but it says that the number is no longer in service

I have gotten a call from this company at all hours of the day and night always with the first 6 numbers 925-439?.  So far i have seen this number with the last 4 digits of -8659, - 8661, and -8689.  no one responds when i answer the phone.  very annoying especially since they call before 8 some days and we have an infant.

They keep calling even though we asked them to remove us from the calling list.

These 'solar energy' pests in Pittsburg have incremented to yet another new number.
It is 'National Renewable Energy Center' solar lead telemarketers - they shill for a California solar installer.
This is the next fake phone number increment (probably to dodge call blockers - or lawsuits) from 925-439-8xxx:

NREC claims to be a "referral company" in California (google them) - but they use work-from-home drones to skype spam-call a computer list of phone numbers to generate leads for solar panel installers (probably A1 Solar).
They violate the DNC list, and will not (or can not) remove you from the list (another violation).
I have told them that I am a renter (thus a waste of their time and mine) - and asked to be removed from their call list.
They still call me every day - and increment their spoofed number in Pittsburg, CA frequently.
So I will continue to post this warning for each of their new numbers as it shows up. (I am retired and easily entertained!)
Do not deal with criminals or the companies that they shill for!
