NEW SCAM WARNING! One Miss Hadley Tyler called my NEIGHBOR from 925-454-7082 and asked her if she could give a message to ME for me to call her back!!!! Considering the fact that any legitimate institution that would be trying to contact me would have all the proper information, I did not call the number and suspect it is a SCAM.
My guess is that this may be a new method for skirting around the FCC regulations for Do Not Call. In this case they did not call me but they called my neighbor and asked her to give me the message. So technically they are not in violation of the regulations. I also agree that this seems to be somehow related to VFI financial (Vista Financial Inc) http://www.vfiloans.com/ . The website looks pretty shifty and unprofessional.
My suggestion is DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU OR ANYONE THAT YOU KNOW!!!!!

The number comes back to VFI Financial on my caller ID. I have no idea who they are, but it does sound like a debt collection agency to me.

This phone number has continued to show up on my caller ID for multiple days. I have not answered, but waited for them to leave a message.
When no message was left I redialed their number and received a person by the name of Hailey Tyler that answered with no company name. I identified myself and asked what company was calling, she ignored my questions and instead asked for my social security number to verify who I was.
When I refused to give this information she asked for the last 4 digits, when I again refused to provide this informaiton she asked for my birthday. When I wouldn't provide this information and continued to ask for her company I was asked to verify the year I was born which she then stated. She was not even right with this information.
Again no information was given and when I asked for her company name she said she was putting me on hold. I did not stay on the line. I tried the call again and received the same person picking up the line.
