When you call 1-800-free-411 you have the option to make a free 5 minute phone call to a number of your choice. If you call to someone in the US it will show up as this number, but it could literally be anybody, anywhere.

I called LG Electronics with a technical problem. The technician wanted me to confirm that my phone number was 925 456 4998. I advised him that
I used SKYPE for my calls and that no number should appear. He reconfirmed the number that appeared. I called the number later and got a recording that the number was not in service. someone needs to advise SKYPE that their system (ISP) has been compromised.

Then a recorded message came on and you could hear them in the backround still laughing I said to them I ahve your number on caller id and they came back on and said your on skype baby. This company called us just now. I couldn't understand what the person was saying due to their heavy accent. They kept saying, "We are trying to send you an e-mail and just need your e-mail address for your company." I asked what they were talking about, and they replied that they were a corporation in Russia that wanted to collaborate with us. I asked her what their corporation did, and I couldn't understand her answer. I asked again, and she said, "we deal _____ machinery." I told her that our company, however, does not deal with any type of machinery. Was persistent about getting our e-mail address as she thought it would be a "good partnership," and I hung up.
Either it was a scam or it was someone who contacted the wrong company (as our company name is common in a variety of industries).

Called me on my business line, I didn't answer.
Called back and a recording (not the real phone company one) said that the number wasn't in service. Yet another scammer.

Kept saying they will call the call center. The person on the phone would say "no, yes, i dont think so" like how a robot would speak. We told them we had their number on file & to stop calling, they said " no, we`ll keep calling." So watch out for this # also!!!

I work for a business that I am positive this person is trying to order product from us fraudulently. This has happened in the past from someone that would only email and or fax info to us, this time I did talk to him briefly, very thick accent, phone kept cutting out. He said he is going to fax me credit card info, the last time this happened same circumstances the card was stolen. Be very leery!!!
