Continues to call our cell phones even though we are on the do not call list.  Am filing complaint with FCC as soon as I complete this form.  I called them to have them remove our number and told them I was filing the FCC complaint and the foreign speaking "gentleman" hung up on me.

You are exactly correct. I believe it's from an Indian or Pakistani online pharmacy. I answered it after 200 calls and it was a man with an middle eastern accent. They bought names and numbers from US out of business online pharms I'm sure.

just got a call from this number but let the machine pick up, no message was left.  a lot of good this Do Not Call list does!

Made the mistake of replying to a piece of spam advertising meds online. It was supposed to have been for my roommate who has fibromyalgia. I never received the prescription and all I got for my trouble is telemarketing calls from an outfit in the San Francisco area two years after responding to the ad.

They call our house constantly, morning, noon and night, for months.  No one in my family ever picks up, but the one time I picked up, no one answered.  Someone needs to get control of this BS, and I'm sick of people getting a hold of our number somehow.  We do not pay for phone service so that we can be harassed.  Harsher laws need to be enforced, and there needs to be some way to stop calls from wastelands like India being re-routed through an American phone number.

I called back and someone picked up, I didnt talk back, called back and a machine picked up so I left a recording of Indian music from youtube for good fun for a prank back (Tunak Tunak)

I got  a call from thgem and after a heated conversation they told me they were going to blow up America. Where's DHS when you need them. Surely these numbers could be traced, some how, but I've had no help from the phone company

I'm sick and tired of these companies getting your name and/or phone number from an outfit/company that you may have placed an order with years ago and yet when I call back the number, I simply said "it's hard to hear you, what company is this"?  Seems like a "MEDS" type place so I asked - "What time are you open until"? The individual stated 7pm California time so 10 pm on the East Coast.  I have only rec'd one call from them on 11/11/09 at 5:53pm E.S.T. and no message of course.  I'm hoping my number did not show up during my call today, I did hit *67 prior to placing the call so hoping it came up private on their end.  It just goes to show you that even when you place an order with a different firm, even for an allergy type medication that your name and/or number always seems to float around out there and I know that since my home number which they called on is not listed and has never been listed in the phone book since day 1 and that was 12 year ago when I got the number so I know it was from a place I gave my number too and the only way to stop it is to either change your number or just kill them with kindness and say that the person who they are looking for moved and didn't leave a forwarding number and just be oh so sorry and apologetic that you could not help them out but have a great day and thanks.  Then just hope that works because if you holler and scream at them or demand they take your number off the call list that will only aggravate them more to where they will merely call you and keep calling you over and over all hours of the day and night simply out of spite for merely asking them to STOP CALLING and yet even though you are in the right, who are you going to call to have them stopped???? Thus the only thing to do is play along and if you suck it up and act stupid but helpful they will inevitably stop calling as it is a waste of their time and time is $$$$ to them so stay on their good side as wrong as it may be, it will save you alot of unnecessary stress and frustration.

I keep getting calls from this number. You can hear someone on the other end, but they usually don't talk. I get the calls at different times of the day.

I got a call from this number today. "Fortunately" I missed it!

I received a call tonight while I was out from this number.  At http://www.whitepages.com/search/ReversePhone?site_id=10583&full_phone=925+524-3415   it only says it's a landline in Clayton, CA.  The only hint I can offer is we receive many calls from a drug sales company based in India on both our land and cell phones, in spite of repeated requests to put us on the Do Not Call list.  They go through US based phone lines and use many numbers.  This latest call could be from them.  I'll watch for another call and see if I can find out more and report back.
