I'm tired of these people calling my cell phone.  I'm on the do-not-call list and they don't seem to care.  They call at all hours and its always a recorded message.  I've called back several times in an attempt to talk to a live person to get my name off the list with no luck.  Resorted to filing a formal complaint with the FCC.  If enough people do it, maybe they'll get fined and be put out of business.  It's worth a try!

Stop calling my cell phone

I received 2 call within 3 hours from this company. I did not answer either call. My number is on the do not call list so why are they calling? Is there a number I can call to report them?

Frequent calls from this caller annoying...Does not leave a name

I called the number back and did not respond to the prompts.  After about 1 minute, they automated reply was "Due to your response, it does not appear that you qualify for this program".  Maybe they will stop calling now.

The problem with answering the call is they now know it's a valid number and the number of calls you get will start to increase.

While they don't actually make the calls they lease the phone number to these spammers so they can hide their identity.  They are very well aware as their leaders have responded to several posts with lame excuses.

Verizon has already sued them once but it doesn?t seem to have done any good.

Call them, email them and continue to file complaints with the Oregon Attorney General.  At some point they?ll have to stop ignoring what?s going on here.

I called them back for over four hours on my day off back to back to back!  Lets tie up their phone lines LOL.

I have received numerous calls from 925-529-8386. When I ask them to identify themselves, they change the subject and will not answer who they are, the name of their company, and the reason for the call. They need to be stopped.

When asked if I had any questions regarding their "program", I asked them what they don't understand about removing my name from their list and blew a whistle in her ear and hung up!!!  The lady ACTUALLY took the time to call me back and tell me they have volume control...so obviously I'm not the first person to blow a whistle in their ears!!!  I called them a few choice words and hung up again!!!  QUIT CALLING ME OR EVENTUALLY YOUR STAFF WILL BE DEAF!!!

These folks are persistent, but they never leave a message.

They have called me seven times in two weeks, sometimes twice a day.

When I call back, a recording tells me that my family may have expressed interest in debt counseling.  Help is just moments away, if I just press 1.  Although the guy who used to have my number owed a lot of debt, I am certain nobody in my family has requested any such counseling.

This company is breaking the law by calling without my permission, by failing to state their true name, and by failing to provide an automated opt-out service when I call back.

I am hesitant to press 1, as I am afraid it might add my number to even more lists and trigger even more calls.

If you know who they are, please let us know.  I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to take them to court!

I get calls from this number repeatedly.  Reporting it to the Do Not Call list is useless.  I hope this is one agency the Republicans will do away with next year.  They are absolutely USELESS!

I am on the do not call list for telemarketers and keep getting call from this number.  I have no debt for anyone to call me on and I want these calls stopped.  Theycall my number 3 to 4 times daily.

1-925-529-8386 calls at least three times per week for the last several months straight.  I have weeded my way through the automated system to talk to a represenative, yet when I ask who they are, how they got my number and for removal from their call list, they just abruptly hang up.  A bit of online research show that they are a third party outbound telemarketing company named CF COMMUNICATIONS, LLC DBA TELEKENEX - CA.  they appear to be a company that is hired by carious other companies to do their telemarketing, yet no company out there claims to have any affiliation with them.  Their primary clients are a couple of (details unknown) for-profit debt consolidation companies and an un-named credit union.  The nature of the calls is to gauge how much debt a person has and based on how much there is, they either are set up with some bogus debt consolidation or.... get this.... the telekenex employee gathers "certain info" about the person they called and fills out a credit card application for this unkown credit bureau.  Yeah, just what a person with debt problems needs.  Another credit card.  they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and upon review of the BBB website, that is because no one knows who they are so there are no real complaints.  If we want them to stop calling, we all need to go online to www.bbb.com and file complaints against them.  I hope this info is useful to you all.

claiming I have credit card problems and I don't own a credit card and they can help...

One of many calls, lately. I suspect it was one of those "you can reduce the rate on your credit cards," calls Did not leave a message.  The Caller ID said, "California."  

I have filed a complaint on the Do Not Call list and on the Texas No Call List.

The called and hung up; when I called back, it's a call from a telemarketer about unsecured debt!!!!!!!

If I don't recognize the number it can go to voice mail. If they leave a message it is easy to delete. If it is someone with a legitimate reason for calling they can leave a voice mail and I can chose to call them back or not. It is a simple system that works well for me. Caller ID is a great tool when used.
