I get the call in the am and the evenings.. I pick it up but do nto say a word and I never hear anything on the other end... I hate idiots

me too, all day long they call my house, noone is ever there, and no messages, if I dont' answer.

yeah, i got 1 yesterday from this number at 5:32pm 2/25/08 central time, and one today at 6:49 2/26/08 from 925-738-0265! maybe an automated system to see what cell phones numbers are used/active or something?

This is cold call phishing fraud, period. Some guy from India called me the last time from another company. I have read that resumes posted on Monster.com were compromised and the fraudsters use one's personal information to gain your confidence to get your private information.

i called washington mutal and found out that this is their credit card service thing. told me i was safe.

they called me several times, and did not leave a message. when i called the number back, it was washington mutual, or atleast someone claiming to be washington mutual asking for my 16-digit number.

call aleast 3 times a day no one answer name on just says california on it with 925-738-0254 VERY ANNOYING!!!!

Every time calls come in from this number, there is no one on the line.  It is very frustrating.

called by this number 925-738-0254, numerous times at home and at my place of employment. I think it is Washingtom Mutual. They are very agressive and not very pleasant to talk to. They are going to get reported to the FTC for calling me at work.

they called at least three days in a row around same time 10:20 am but did not have the courtesy to leave a message on the answering machine.  caller ID does not show a name.
