Jim and I talked for about 10 minutes after he told me I had inherited an estate in Orange CA. But we were accidently disconnected when he was about to give me all the contact info and references. I'm expecting his call back cause I need to give him my banking info so I can get hte paperwork sent to me. I've called there but the phone is busy. Must be a lot of people who inherited real estate in CA.
Caller is a dumbass, if I haven't called you and I'm expecting your call I'm not going to answer and the caller doesn't have balls big enough to leave a message.

Have just received a voice message on my personal cell phone . " Hi, this message is for _____" then a hang up. When I called back, I was transferred to someone's voice mail box regarding contractor referals. WTH?

I just received a call (on my cell phone, of course) from these clowns. You know, I think I WILL answer the next time and keep whomever is calling me tied up for oh, say, 45 minutes or so. I've done that before with robo sales and political calls and it was really kind of fun!

Do not sign on to Reply.com for leads. I signed on for a free trial and opted out within the agreed time but received threats that they would be coming to my office because I owed them for umpteen leads. My attorney had to write a letter to get them to desist. By the way, one of the "leads" I received during the so-called free trial was a lady who lives on welfare and makes $500 a month. She said her son must have gone on the site.
This is by far the worst lead generating company I have been involved with.
I did not answer their call today, thank God! Thank you all for letting me know it was Reply.

Lead generation DOPES, must be smoking something funny out there in California if he thinks I am going to pay them for real estate leads! Do not answer your phone if they call OR answer and have fun messing up their head a little bit.... doesnt take much!
Tommy 2012-11-01 19:25:47 Unknown
No idea who these dirtbags are. They call once a week then hang up.
Katie 2012-10-22 20:20:31 Unknown
What ever you do, do not sign up with this outfit. I did some time ago and quickly realized they do not do what they promise. I opted out within the time they told me I could without penalty and guess what? They sent me a threatening letter saying I owed upteen dollars and they were sending someone to my office. I asked my attorney for advice and he wrote them a letter to desist. I haven't heard anything further from them...until
Today I received a call from this number and did not pick up...thank God!

They are trying to sell real estate leads. I am not in the business of selling at all so I don't know how they got my number.
mr. googles 2012-10-09 18:19:36 Unknown
thats where you go wrong mr. broker like you said there's no shortcut to success if thats what you think lead companies are, you still have to work for their business i work for a lead company and i know which agents are successful with programs like this, not the ones that have been around for 20 years and "seen" every lead company out there, but the ones who are hard-working real estate sales people know what online marketing is, it takes time just like everything else.

I am an HVAC contractor, I was just about to give this company my credit card number and then I said to the guy let me do some research and I'll call you tomorrow. Well almost got scammed, but I goggled their phone number. He said he would give me the first 5 leads free and only charge my card one dollar, then I would pay 25 dollars per repair lead.

This is a number for Reply, Inc. - a company that sells real estate leads. They are calling me almost daily and I have told them to stop - I am on the Do Not Call List. They told me that so long as I have my number on the internet, they can call me! I have reported them to the Federal Communication Commission. Heads up to everyone - they are listed on the Better Business Bureau website as a company that has a government action against them! The government issued an injunction against them and you can read about it on BBB website. BBB also has several phone numbers and names of contacts in their company. I would suggest we make them crazy with faxes requesting the phone calls stop. Their fax is listed as: 925 983-3527 - then fax this information to Federal Communications Commission as proof that we tried to get them to stop: 866-418-0232.
INFO FROM FCC WEBSITE:
You can file a complaint by telephone to 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) voice or 1-888-TELL-FCC (1-888-835-5322) TTY, by fax to 1-866-418-0232, via our electronic complaint form, or mail. For the FCC to process your complaint you must either fill in the electronic form completely or otherwise indicate:
* your name and address;
* the home phone number where you received the solicitation;
* identification of the individual or company whose products or services were being advertised or sold, and any phone numbers included in the call;
* a description of the call;
* any phone number provided to allow you to ?opt-out? of future calls;
* whether you or anyone else in your household gave the caller express prior permission to call;
* whether you have an EBR with the caller (specifically, whether you or anyone else in your household made any purchases of property, goods, or services from the company that called, or made any inquiry or filed an application with the company prior to receiving the call).

I got a call from this # and they didn't leave a message I usually ignore when the area codes are unknown to me and wait for the voice mail. It's usually someone targeting us agents to sell their bogus service with nothing in return. Leave me alone. If your calling on my ads, then you should be a true person interested in my property listings not trying to solicit me with your so called "lead service"

I am a small business which does massage, waxing and facials. I don't understand why anyone would be calling someone from my phone. I am sure it is someone just using my number. I only call those who call me for an appointment. I hope someone gets to the bottom of this.
Blessings,
Penny Christie

My name is Penny Christie and I have owned this number for 14 years. I don't understand why anyone else would be calling you from my number. I am a massage therapist and an esthetician and would only call you if you called me for an appointment.

Reply Real Estate is a for profit 'lead generation' company targeting real estate agents. They want you to pay them for their 'hot lead referrals' and 'highly qualified, motivated' buyers. They make a lot of money on unsuspecting agents who are new to the business. Unless you have money to throw away I'd suggest blocking their number.

Funny thing - she said she would refer her 'clients' elsewhere once I told her that my business model is based STRICTLY on referral fees paid to the referring agent or firm and that MY company does not BUY leads in any way shape or form.
These grubs are out there everywhere trying to get you to PAY for "leads" that are nothing more than lookers on the teaser websites that they set up by the dozen - where the "lead" has to input their email, name and phone number before they get to peek at the info listed on the teaser site's first page.
The agent pays for a looky-loo and the poor "lead" gets sold as a REAL ESTATE lead and a MORTGAGE lead and probably more...
Just say no. Eventually they'll go broke and go away - once they run out of newbie agents to feed on.
For grins and giggles have a look at the INJUNCTION notice on the BBB website for this company. Seems like they got caught with their drawers down when the lights came on.

Im a Dallas agent for 30 yrs and they called today 2.20.12. Don't fall for the sales pitch. I pay 35% for individual leads from other agents so keep me in mind for your legitimate DFW leads....
