8-2-12 I received a call from 926-472-9558 only I was unable to clearly hear the person speaking? I told them you sound as if you're talking through an oscilating fan to me, your voice is wobbly, it keeps cutting in and out and is indistinguishable (truly), we have a bad connection. I don't know who you are call me back. The person hung up before I did! Three hours later their call was worse than before and I told them as such, they hung up I haven't heard from them since... The second time they sounded like an heavily scracthed old vinal record when they spoke, kksst kksstt. I tried calling the number it told me I couldn't place a 1 in front. I tried calling without the 1 just the ten digit number, it said it was no longer in service? I hate not knowing who is trying to talk to me so I came on here. I'm rather thankful I couldn't understand them. Suggestion for you, it inadvertantly worked for me...lol  Sometimes it's nice to receive small gifts from the universe...

The same guy with the heavy accent just called me. I could hear a ton ov background callers (like a boiler-room call center?) I asked him if I could call him back and he said sue. The I asked himif the police knew about this "malware problem" and he said "Police????" and started laughing so hard I finally hung up. I think I will call the local police and see where to report these jokers.

Called my number and left no mssg

Very heavy Indian accent called today saying I had malware on my computer and if I was anywhere near my Computer I have to switch it on now, for him to talk me through the removal of the virus over the phone.
Told him that I will not switch on my computer and ask him to get lost, cause if I have had a virus I will fix it myself, thank you very much.

Now who do I call or report this to?

I have had several calls over the last week. No-one has answered as I dont say anything. Its becoming a nuisance.

Female with heavy accent said I am calling from Windows System Care about your computer. I said what about it she said you have a virus on it. I told her stop calling here you are full of Crap and I hung up. Number showing 926-472-9558 Unavailable.

How would they know if they didn't put it there. I am keeping the number and the time they called, if anything happens to my computer I will be contacting the FCC about it.

A man with a very heavy Indian accent called saying I had malware on my computer. When asked he said he was from "windows system care." I could not get him to tell me where he got my number. He wanted me to press and hold CTRL and the Windows key.
