Have been calling us for 3 years.  We are on the do not call federal time.  Have filed repeated complaints and also with the attorney general in our state.  They keep asking for the wrong first name and when we say that there is no one by that name, they ask if there is any diabetics in the home.  GOOD luck, I do not know how to get rid of them.  Seems like my phone should not be used to harrass me.

Got 4 calls already today. I do not answer the phonebut i am tired of it ringing all the time.

try this: when you pick up the fone and no one answers tap the # key repeatedly and then hang up. It will sometimes confuse the caller computer into thinking that the nuber it has dialed is not a working number.

they start calling me at 7am  and keep calling .. When I call back the number it says the number is not working .

I get repeated calls per day from this number and I have asked repeatedly to take my name off the list.  But I still get calls.  Don't understand why someone would continue to call repeatedly daily when you have asked them not to.  Today alone I have 9 calls and counting. Half no one answers.  What is going on?

You could start by NOT posting your phone number all over the internet for the world to see. That would be a good start.

keep us informed. i am on the dnc list and i checked today to make sure and i am. so i also have to wait again for day 31. i get calls as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 9 pm. food luck with you also.

keep getting calls from VICKY asking for vicky bishop saying they want to know if you need your diabetic meds. tell them no such person, don't call again. i am on dnc list but not they are calling that shows 000-000-0000 so look out for them this way. i have information to report them to the fcc. go to the donotcall.com and there is a button to click to report. make sure you have information, times, etc. for this report.

1-927-450-7442 . They keep calling it is a Senior Diabetic Survey supposedly . However I have asked them to stop calling and they continue , I called and got my number on the no call registry list however takes 31 days . Someone please please sue these annoying people . They call all the time . I can't wait until they call on day 31 because I'm recording everything thru my computer and my cousin is a lawyer . Start suing .

They also call from 877 382 4357 and 877 221 6238. Trying to solicit potential customers to buy meter for diabetic treatment. They ask for name of Dr after confirming that I have diabetes and that  am on medicare.

If you have bright house for your home phone, go to the bright house website, go to my services, sign in, click on phone, go to manage phone features, click on call blocking, type in number you want blocked. found this new feature this AM

Continual harassment. My wife answered once. I think she said it was from the American Diabetes Association. (Obviously I'll double check before acting.)

The persons using the number are probably hired guns, who'll promise to raise funds for anyone from a worthy charity like ADA to the worst kinds of predators. I'm going to contact the organization or person the caller claims to represent, and also file  complaints with whichever agencies have jurisdiction.

Con-artists won't give a s***. But maybe legitimate interests will find more legitimate ways of raising money. Regardless, I'm making a list of those using this and similar numbers, and checking it twice. I will never, ever give another penny to names on that list.

Just started getting calls on my cell today.  I do, however, keep getting calls from MANY other numbers.  Now I just look to see the number that is calling and ignore it.  Have blocked 5 numbers, the most Verizon will allow you to block and then it is only for 90 days.

Asked for a certain person, I informed the lady that she had reached a doctor's office, which I always answer my phone with the name of our company.  She then proceeded to call me a liar and hung up!  Can not call the # back either as it says "you have reached a number that is not available"  crap needs to stop as they call 10-15 times per day and it is always the same lady

These people call at least twice a week, seldom ever speak. When they do, it is something about Diabetes and insurance.
