These people stole my money. $701.23. I filed a fraud claim with experian and huntington. please tell me what I can do!!!

The call because they are debt scammers.  Don't talk to them; don't give them any information and DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!  Don't let them frighten you with talk of arrests and warrants and jail and so forth.  They are all scammers.

Do not give any info by law they must send a letter with the debt info .. Beware of of these number 1-855-263-0270   Corporate office ....928-235-6603 ...1-855-877-6501 ext 126 ... 626-877-6501 ...direct number 626-269-8403... All these numbers were given to us to call all fake names like mr.white ...jason smith..jay Keyes.. Please do not give bank info .. They got us for 800.00 ..thank good the bank is working with us to retrieve our money !!! The say they are pinnacle litagation group work for Kentwood associates !!

Wrong - debt is civil, not criminal, so no one is going to be arrested!  Do NOT pay them!  It is a violation of federal law to threaten people in order to intimidate them into paying an alleged debt.  NEVER pay any caller unless they MAIL a debt validation letter showing that (1) you owe a debt and that (2) they have the legal right to collect said debt.  Refusal to mail this DV letter is another violation of federal law and you should NOT pay them.  Please do report your callers to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.  More info here:

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.

The man left a message saying that I was having a civil complaint filed against me.I had 24hrs to respond to another phone number and gave me a case number. Scare tactics...really bogus. He did not  know I was an attorney. SCAM! Do not send money.
