I get the calls too. Have been since July 2011. Almost every month since then. Two weeks ago, the General Manager Tony promised me a leter from the owner I would never get another call. I received one today. Steven, the boy who answers the phone there has promised me he would remove my number on two occaisions. He was very rude today. They have a grade of F with the BBB and their accreditation with the BBB was revoked. They need to be stopped. We all need to get together and file complaints with every agency we can. Received another call, call #3.  It looks like I'm getting Solar Bear's calls every 3 days. Way back when, the phone companies charged for private lines so one did not have to share a "party line".  Then they charged for "private and unlisted" numbers and sold businesses phone listings anyway.  Now, they still provide marketeers, scammers, etc our info and the technology to do Robot calls.  Think about it, we pay no matter what with those unexplained charges.

Received a call today from this number and I did not answer it.  The phone companies need to be held accountable for providing Robo call technology that aid and abet scammers and marketeers and potential Identity theft..  Somehow, I get the feeling we as private consumers are paying for this mess through the unknown charges we pay in our phone bills. I am registered on the DCNR but when I read this 1-800 Notes, it's obvious that it's not working with the loopholes left in the legislation. I logged in over 7 unwanted calls this week and two like this twice.  Does anyone know what V012317184201923 or V012513584801047 on caller ID is??? Two weeks ago it was Pakistan's country code on my caller ID.

The first thing everyone needs to get throught their heads is that the DoNotCall, doesNOTwork!  After all these years of getting the same calls over & over again and eveyone saying "but I'm on the DNC list" and sending in complaints to DNC, but yet NOTHING ever happens, try the steps below.

At least TRY to stop the calls yourself.  Here are easy 1,2,3 steps to take.

1)  Buy a Home phone with Call BLOCKING functions and use it.  Maybe as these types of phones start flying off the shelves in record numbers and the phone manufacturers see the demand for them, they'll make even more of them and give the ability to Block even more numbers in them.
2)  Call your local Phone Company & see if they have a Call Blocking service.  If so, sign up for it!
3) On Cell Phones, put the number into your Contacts under SCAM or whatever, and then SET the Ringtone to NO RING or SILENT!
Ta da!  They won't ever be able to ring through and bother you again.  If you see them in your Cell phone List and you didn't even know they had called, CONGRATULATIONS!!  You have now fixed it yourself!

Do NOT ever call them back, even if it seems like an innocent Recording that says 'this is a non-working number' or whatever.
Do NOT bother telling them to put you on their 'Don't call list'.  Guess what? They don't really have one!  And seeing they're calling ILLEGALLY in the first place, don't waste your breath.
Do NOT talk to them at ALL, just HANG UP!
BLOCK them, and go on with your life.

If you're worried that it could be a Legitimate company trying to contact you, then wouldn't you think they'd have your Address and you'd have gotten a letter from them??

P.S.   NEVER call back a number listed on a questionable letter, either!  ALWAYS look it up yourself and be sure you're calling the REAL company, not just any old number given to you in a letter!!!!!!!  And don't contact the email address they give you, either!!!

It's a Felony to send anything through the U.S. mail that's bogus, but by the time you've called the number that they listed, or logged onto a website they gave you,  and given them all your personal info. to supposedly 'verify that it's really You', -  they've already stolen your Identity and your Bank account money, etc.!!  By the time you figure it out, your wallet is emptied, and you can complain to the Feds all you want.....  but by then your Identity and money is long GONE!

Do not know why they were calling as we told them we were on the national Do-Not-Call Registry. The caller advised we could complain at a phonenumber she provided. Instead we filed the complaint with at www.donotcall.gov.

When I asked why he was calling a number on the National Do-Not-Call registry he said he would take care of it internally then continue with his sales speech. I told him to quit calling and hung up.

Biggest scammers out there. Would not leave me alone kept calling and calling

Solar Bear, LLC is in direct, willful violation of the FCC and Do Not Call lists.  They continue to call.  REPORT THEM to the FCC and the DO NOT CALL website.  They really think they have a chance at selling anything by doing this?  They have an F rating and had their membership revoked from the AZ better business bureau.

Getting calls from 928-252-2592 on home and cell number. No messages either lines. They need to stop calling!

Keep getting calls from this number, they never leave a msg.

Has called a dozen times over the last two weeks.  Sometimes they leave a message and sometimes they hang up.  This morning they called at 8:45 a.m.  According to Google, the number belongs to a company called Solar Bear.  Never heard of them before and don't wish to know about them now.

Company called solar bear 928-252-2592 telemarketer call. I'm on the do not call list & they still call!!!
And it's an iPod they are calling I'm in nj not AZ. So they can't sell me air conditioning!

Forgot to mention the 928-252-2592 number is Solar Bear. The call at least 4 -5 times a week, before 9 in the morning or after 6 at night.

They call relentlessly and hang up upon answering. Now we are also getting calls from AZ Cool - 714-312-3557 (which is a CA number.)
