This is not the first time individuals have left comments on complaint pages regarding Interstate Auto Glass insisting that people do not file complaints or provide information about this company.
Many phone solicitors are unscrupulous and often are peddling scams. It's generally never a good idea to give them any information which they may use for further profit. Always report callers from companies such as this that do not honor the FCC Do-Not-Call registry.
Anyone who's on a Do-Not-Call list should file a complaint with the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. This is a federal crime. Find out as much information you can about the company and the caller to include in the report. Also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org/
After receiving a few calls from Interstate Auto Glass located in Prescott, AZ I did some research and have found numerous complaints about this company calling people on Do-Not-Call lists from many diffferent numbers. Interstate Auto Glass has been doing this for a few years. I also read a complaint filed with the BBB by a person who agreed to use their services in return for a $50 cash or $25 and a $25 dining card promotion. After getting their windshield serviced, the company gave them the runaround about honoring the $50 promotion

People complain to give others heads up about shady companies abusing the system and violating federal laws. It's "silly" to harass people giving information about such abuses. Tell your partners in crime at Interstate Auto Glass or whatever crooked company you work for to watch their backs.

If you tell them "Not interested", they will simply just keep calling until you are interested or frustrated. I reported them because I am on the Do not call list that they never check.

You could simply answer and say your not interested. Not that hard. Or you could hide behind websites and spend time complaining that makes more sense. People are silly.
