We have Qwest.  I can block the call.

We get calls from 928-550-4273 once or twice every day. The caller ID says Somerton, AZ. They never leave a message. The do not call list doesn't seem to effect these people.

This person calls daily, one to two time and hang up after I say hello a couple of times

These people do not stop calling.  When you call the number back it says it is a nonworking number.   I just may disconnect my phone.  The phone calls are constant and many. I no longer keep an answering machine on my phone. Their tactic may be buy my product so I will stop aggravating you. Robo call.

Will these calls ever stop?  They are annoying, ridiculous and more than frustrating and especially when you KNOW your phone number(s) is listed on the DO NOT CALL list (that's a joke).  I have gone so far as to now keeping a list of all numbers I'm receiving calls from (not one leave a message).  As of today (10/18/12), I have listed 35 different numbers (annoying to say the least) that have called.  When does this crap stop?  Oh, that's easy .... when I'm dead!!!!

These people are using fake numbers and fake names.  The Credit Voice is their real name, the name they hold on their telemarketing license, which is in Florida.  The calls are coming from 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, Florida.  Mike Hilgar runs the place.  Complain to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  The FTC already has many complaints on them.  Many Attorney General's in different states also have several complaints on these people.  Indiana Attorney General has already filed suit against them.  The more complaints these organizations get, the sooner they can be stopped.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

The calls are reportedly from an outfit called Worldwide Commerce Associates - peddling free medical devices for $ 30 a month.  Just another scam ripping of people.

Caller ID said "Sumerton, AZ".  I didn't answer.  Caller didn't leave a message.

Help stop these calls.  I do business in the 928 area code, so I always think its a client.  But all they do is HANG UP!

My wife has received 3 calls from this number in the past 3 days. Callback says the caller's mailbox is full. Internet inquiry says this is a robo-call - possibly offering a free medical device-obviously a scam. Both of our numbers are listed on the Federal do-not call list.

Record this tone or bookmark it on your laptop.  Keep the link or recording ready - set the volume to loud.  When these jerks call, play the tone.  Your number will be zapped from their autodialer.

Good luck with that. The bad news is there are thousands of complaints about this company not stopping the calls not to mention the unresolved complaints from the BBB that can't find a legitimate address for the company. All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

If enough people keep complaining then maybe something will get done. The only option is to go after the companies that are outsourcing to overseas boiler rooms.

JACKSON ? The Mississippi Public Service Commission has fined a Nevada company $20,000 for violations of the Mississippi ?No-Call? law and rules associated with enforcing the law.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced the fine. Presley says the fine was against Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC of Carson City, Nev.
Presley says Worldwide Commerce Associates violated the law by failing to register and purchase the state?s ?No-Call? list. The company also allegedly called people on the list and used an automated dialing system to communicate with consumers.
The company shall be prohibited from making any calls as a telephone solicitor in Mississippi until the fine is paid in full.

Write your Congressmen and Senators. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.

I continue to get unanted calls

I have received numerous robo-calls from 928-550-4273 offering a free life saving medical alert system supposedly from the "American Senior Benefits Program/Senior Medical Advisory". While the equipment is free it costs $29.99 per month to use.  Definitely a scam.

The real American Senior Benefits Program is an insurance marketer in Overland Park, Kansas. They are working with federal and state agencies to stop these calls.

Same here. Picked up the phone, supposedly from a local number. There was no answer so I hung up. This is the second time they have called

I also want to know who it is.  They just hung up when the answering machine kicked in.  Most likely a political caller since it's in my local area code even though caller ID said "Out of area.".
