They called my cell while I was at work, but unable to answer. Then a restricted # calls my cell.
A half hour or so later they called my office and spoke to a coworker saying I needed to call regarding my account. COMPLETELY out of line when I am less than a week late on my payment. (My mistake, but still).

These people are relentless. I'm sorry that I am 6 days late on a $25 bill. There is no need for 10 calls a day, even if it was a thousand dollars. Nahmeen?!?!

I ran out of mathadone so I cant remember what I was going to say about this number other then the Jewry stores use this collection company. Key, Jarrods, etc..

Kay Jewelers collection Dept  a 20.00 monthly payment overdue by a week and so far today using this number plus different ones around the country 5 times Seriously i could see if i was thousands owed to them and this is the first time in the 5 yrs i had the account i was late because another bill took precedent

We're getting it at our office non stop through out the day and when we answer there is no one there. When I called back no one answered.  Very odd.....

This is a debt collection agency calling on behalf of Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. They are calling for past due payment. They call at least ten times a day. Starting at 8am and going to 9pm from all different phone numbers.

You are right. These bozos are calling ten times a day and it only rings twice.  Never enough time to answer. So you can't tell them to quit harassing you. Rumor has it if you contact the feds these guys pull up stakes and disappear so they can't be found, That's why all the different phone numbers.  I was right next to the phone and still couldn't catch them.

3 hang-up calls today(3/4/11) so far.

This number calls daily. When I pick up the phone, the only thing I hear is breathing and wind.

Getting calles from this telephone number daily, nobody speaks or says anything when the call is answered.  This is a place of business and these calls are unwarranted.  What is the purpose of making a call and then not speaking to the person who answers?

They should be stopped from doing this!!!

Continually calls my cell phone at all manner of times then hangs up and never leaves a voicemail.  Attempted to call back but just get a continually busy signal regardless of when I call.

Update: Just got them and they are giving all kinds of excuses to get more personal info which I refuse to give, but did warn that if I get another call from them after asking to be removed from their database, I will file an official harassment charge with the BBB and the FTC.

Calls my office phone, then when I pick up the receiver to answer, they hang up instantly. No dial tone or busy ring...just hangs up before I can say "hello". Still shows up on my phone's call log though.

they called my work to get a payment online, i have NO clue who this is (really). for all i know i just gave my number out to some guy who says he's with kay jewelers.  even after i made the payment i still got calls the next day from several other "sterling jewelers" collectors.   I think it might be safe to say" no thanks, i'm going to the store tonight to make a payment, and NOT to you"

Received 3 hang-up calls today.  I'd never seen the number prior.  I can see here I need to make a call to Kay Jewelers...  Would never have realized I was 10 days late unless I googled the number.  How is this effective?  Companies need to rethink the skill level of the people they're sending work to. Seems this group is a walking law suit waiting to happen.  We all need to make sure we report this to our jewelers, FTC, and BBB.

Someone called me from this number and asked for Kurt Blair! No one here by that name. Just fishing for something? It sounded like a collection call but you never know.

received call on a cell that has been unused for 3 months. by the time i found the phone in the drawer it stopped.   i have never dealt with kay  or jared or for that matter any jewler in the last 40 yrs.

A bunch of RUDE people. They called my work number and when told I was out(by MY BOSS) they just hung up on her!

I never answer but thy left me a voice mail on my cell telling me it was important to call them back concerning my order.
