Still getting calls and being hung up on gennock and gennock have a web posting saying they are a collections agency not incorporated but did phone vacations ripping people off have been getting away with it for years went 7 years without being a corporation claiming they were  dont answer your phone run they are bad people only out for  themselfs to the extent of burningheir last employer whom can tell you much more

Gennock & Gennock corporation was disolved by the State of Arizona in 2002. But the last seven years of the Corporations' filings were made in Sept 2008 to get it back to legal. Go to the State of Arizona website. Arizona allows corporations to operate all this time (7 years) without filing. Crazy. It looks like this website works.

Actually they DO hang up on people as they just hung up on me for the THIRD time over the last three nights!

gennock and gennock are not debt collectors, they tele advertise,   debt collector is the wrong business description.

gennock & gennock is registered with the arizona corporate commision.  They are a marketing consulting company.  I was advised that frontier communications misnamed them as a collections company but now that has been resolved.  Gennock & Gennock downloads all state and federal dnc lists.  If you do not want called ask for a supervisor and tell them to put you on their donot call list.  I did and no more calls.

Bill Durkee and his company Aransas Oil had not a single complaint from the Better Business Bureau, but that did not stop the Judge from giving him 35 years in jail recently.

Gennock and Gennock phone calls from 928-718-9105.  Hang up when I pickup. Have signed up not receive marketing calls. They are breaking the law and apparently I am not the only one receiving them.

Received several calls from 928-718-9105 and they always hang up when I pick up the phone.  No reason a collection agency would be calling here. Since I have signed up to stop marketing calls, shouldn't someone be able to stop them and prosecute them for making these calls.

GENNOCK & GENNOCK does not hang up on people or collect bills, they are a legitimate consulting co.    They tele-advertise.They are not selling stuff, or emailing spam.

Gennock and Gennock have an Arizona business license. SERIOUSLY JUST SAY "put me on the NATIONAL do not call list" if you dont want some straight forward, friendly, REAL OPPORTUNITIES.. KATHLEEN AND JAMES GENNOCK'S business is truly LEGITIMATE. Check the "BETTER BUSINESS BUREA" for no complaints.

Just tell the person on the phone, that you would like to be taken off their calling list, and they will do so. It's that simple. Sometimes the dilaing systems can take a few days for the number to be put on the DNC list but it WILL happen.

After just posting the above, I did some more research thru the web, and it seems they are a "company" who calls on behalf of another "company", a "travel company" based out of the Houston, TX area.  Not sure since they are Arizona based, they are calling for someone else based out of TX.  It seems many who have asked to be taken off their calling list have been hung up on, and then some who have heard their speech have been given another 800 number to call to get off their list, which in turn then tries to start sketchy solicitations via email.  

Sounds like one big scam.

Received several phone calls from this "company" coming from the number 928-718-2340.  Shows on the caller ID as Gennock & Gennock.  I didn't even answer the call, and they never left a message.  I guess they were smart enough to know that we would not answer after their first call so they didn't even let it ring long enough for the machine to pick up.  That's when I decided to search the number and found this information.  We have no reason either to be getting calls from a collection agency.  The last post though from the 20th of August is quite helpful.  My first guess was that they might be a timeshare or some sort of vacation business.  We have been getting a lot of those lately after a trip we made to Vegas.  I'm sure we got on some telemarketing list they got a hold of.  Just don't answer the calls, and while annoying, it should go away.

"Gennock and Gennock Consulting Inc." is not a registered corporation in the State of Arizona, according to Arizona Corporation Commission records.  The company may be a registered corporation in another state, but if it is, it is not authorized to do business in Arizona.

Found this on the caller ID today. Had no idea who it was so I Googled it and found the information on this site.  No reason they should be calling my house. I wonder what they are up to?

We receive numerous calls from Gennock and Gennock, looked it up and found it to be a collection agency. They must have a block of numbers in the 928 area code starting with 718-91--. We also have no reason to be on the list of a collection agency and when we answer they hang up. They are located, according to white pages.com., at 110 N. 4th St., Kingman AZ 86401.

Have received at least 4 calls from Gennock & Gennock.  Answered once, was hung-up on.  Searched the name and found it's a collection agency in Arizona.  There's no reason for a collection agency to be calling my house.

didnt leave a message and hung up 3 or 4 times when i called back. It said some company name but i dont know what kind of company hangs up on people when they call back
