i have rec'd email to my personal account.

I've recieved emails and phone calls from this company about going to court. Now when I called back this morning, the individual hung up on me.

I got an email from this Company stating I owe 740.23 on a payday loan. I never took out this loan. Please be aware this is a scam. When you take loans, the company you get the loan from gets all your information. If you dont pay it, they deduct it straight from your checking account. They dont sue, they just take it. There are no calls or warning letters. THIS IS A SCAM. I forwarded the email to the local FBI and the district attorneys office.

Eat me!  You haven't confirmed CRAP!  I've spoke with somebody from the FBI and they had proof this is a scam that originates in INDIA.  Notice the idiotic spelling and bad grammar in the emails?  Hear the accents on the phone?  You must work for them, Will.  You're as bad as them.

These Guys are scams. I've been to India. I heard them in the background speaking indian language.
