Called, no one at other end (nor was there a hang-up/dial tone). Received a "Out of Area" call right after with same noise in background, and eventually someone asked "I'm sorry to bother you; did I reach a place of business?" and then nothing further.

Has been calling for a few weeks looks like they leave a message but it is just silence.

This number calls everyday I have never picked up. I used Google and it said Bull head city.

They have called 3 times in the last 3 hours looking for the owner or general manager. We are a small company, the owner doesn't come in. Asked them if I could take a message several times and explained that the owner does not come in, but they just said they would call back - which they have done. If anyone finds out who they are, please post. Prefix is a Flagstaff AZ number.
