Caller hangs up when I answer but, does not leave a message.

Same Deal, Automated Message,  When called back no answer.  Getting pretty sick of these scam artist.

I received a call asking for bank info due to suspicious activity on my account.  I hung up on this call.  I called this number back from my work number and I let it ring off the hook but no answer.  I have talked to so many people this week who have also received the same call. Scammers, get a real job and work as hard at your job as you are at trying to steal from us that do work!

This call came over a "BLOCKED NUMBER" for several days until one night when they forgot to block it and the number actually came up a couple of times.
They called 3-4 times between 9am and 10 am, and hung up when I answered and they would call back again in about 5 minutes.
Also, starting recieving calls at 10:00pm until 1:00 am every 5 minutes if you answered, if you did not answer it, they would call back immediately.
When we called them back, it immediately disconnected the call.
We reported it to the police and they stated that the call just rang and rang with no answer or machine.

This call was the same for me as the other people who have posted comments.  A computer stated there had been abnormal activity on my account and they needed my credit card number

The automated call warns of "unusual activity" on an F&M Bank account, says they need you to verify your information in order to use it again and then tries to get you to click "1" to be put through to a person to give them the info they'd need to clean out an account.
Trying to return the call gets no response.  It just rings endlessly.
