I just received a call from this number. A guy named chris who claims I took a survey (which I know I haven't). I just hung up

I too have received calls from this number but did not answer. I am on the DNC Registry and will be reporting the number to them.

I've rec'd 2 calls in as many days from this number to my cell. I, too, do not give out my cell, have not
done an on-line survey, and not looking for a job. I have however, just listed all my cell numbers on the DNC list about a week ago. I've sent them a text saying I was reporting to FCC, for all the good it does.

Live in middle Tenn.  Received call from "Chris" (second one over last month) from same number, same line of B.S.  Told him to quit calling me and I was going to report him to FCC - he immediately hung up.  Tried to find out which telecommunications company is involved, but could not.  I've reported numerous telemarketing calls to the FCC, and finally got an email saying they don't do anything about the complaints.  Figures, that's why there's getting to be more and more of 'em.

I am in Texas and just received a call from this number...needless to say I didn't answer because I didn't know the number. I am on the do not call list and they need to be advised to stop what they are doing before someone gets serious and brings charges for violating FCC rules.

I am tired of this number calling me on my cell phone. Please get in touch with them because i am on the do not call list.

I am from Crossville area I too got this same call from this (guy).  I don't give out my cell number I have a Home phone. Let alone I don't always remember my cell to give it out. I am on the DNC registry. Has to be a scam!

I am in Texas and got the same scam call. Probably a Burn phone number hope no one gives out personal info.

jerk....scammer...trying gathering information on you by various means...unsure if this group is using the info to scam you directly or selling the info to other scamers.

I got the same call today(02/20/2013) to my cell. I'm also in Sparta.Same spill about a survey. Told him I wasn't looking for a job and didn't recall filling out a survey. He apologized and hung up. Googled WN Posistions and it looks like a phishing scam. I thought something was fishy as I rarely give my cell number out and definately wouldn't put it on an online survey.

I'm in Sparta, TN, and I received a call from this number this afternoon (02/19/2013). The man said he was with "WN Positions" and he was calling because I had "recently filled out an online survey." I said I didn't recall doing so and he said it was an employment matching service and he had a few questions for me to match me with jobs as part of a free service. I said I was not interested and hung up. I know I didn't fill out any such survey, and if I had, I would not have given my personal cell number. I had just listed this newly aquired number on the National Do Not Call List and wonder if they're scamming the most recent list before the 30 day period no longer allows them to do so.
