these people have called me around 15-20 times everytime I have been asked to be removed from there list and they keep calling. I have even tried to answer and say that I had been asked to be removed and they hang up on me. they are trying to sell me an auto warranty. any idea how I can get them to stop calling or to get them in trouble for not removing me

got a call that I knowingly didn't answer yesterday (3/23) from these clowns.  Have been getting calls from multiple numbers with same message

I didn't start getting all these strange calls until after those texts from 83960 came through.

The company associated with 83960 is Clickatell.  You can go to their site and report all numbers and texts you have received on their support/spam page.

I GOT A CALL from this number and DONT EVEN HAVE A CAR.Im sick of this s***.  I work at night and get at least 8 calls a day durning my sleep time

They call several times a day about a car warranty I do not have!

I get this same call twice a day from a different number every time. They always call me at the same time everyday. They have already been mentioned on the radio here so maybe the publicity will scare them and they'll stop. It's interfering with my life and I want it to stop!!

Had dozens of calls from 931-634-1086 and now they are using 603-214-3340! Annoying!

okay, here is what you do. Listen to the stupid message, then go ahead and hit "1" on your phone. Engage the idiot at the other end by asking,
"My warranty is about to expire??? Really. Tell me, what type of car do I own?" Since they have no clue, they will hang up. If enough people do this, perhaps the poor slobs will quit their jobs and this kind of call will stop. You never know.

I have had atleast 10 calls from this number 931-634-1086 on my cell phone. How they got my number is unknown. I want to report this.US Lec of Tennessee Inc, Customer Service about my car warrenty/insurance. VERY annoying!

I live and I know our DMV sells our info to companies there is an opt out option, I think I'll sign this so I can avoid getting on future lists.  Not sure if other states do this too, but if they do I suggest you opt out.

Hi I have been called by this number for three weeks.I;ve asked them 3 times to remove me from there call list and entered there number on the no call list. Nothing seems to work. now there interupting me at my job. That's US Lec of Tennessee Inc, Customer Service in Knoxville, Tennessee.  I called, was directed to their "annoyance call center" where I was treated to a recorded message which said they will do nothing about such calls, as "they are usually legal."

As explained above, a recording tells you this is your second warning before your car warranty expires; likely a scam. They've called me at least 10 times. Finally I hit '1' (instead of '2' which doesn't really take you off the list) and told the person who answered I wanted the calls to stop; he said he would put me on the "do not call" list. We'll see if that works.

I found a way to stop this number from calling my cell phone. I looked it up on whitepages, and it gave the providers number. Call this number1-865-251-3300, and file a complaint with their provider so that they can block your number from the car warranty company from their end of the deal. They just wont be able to call you anymore PERIOD!!!!!!!1

called about an expired car warranty they call a lot i thought they were an identity theft scam trying to steal information.

Very sick of these calls, I pressed one to talk to them and when I started explaining the situation they hung up. I called back and pressed 1 to be put on the do not call list. Any info on the company would be appreciated. I would like to report them to BBB or something

Had reported different numbers earlier all from this same "car warranty" company. Calls have escalated since a fake "remove my number" was used.

Got several phone calls form this person regarding vehicle warranties.  When i hit 1 to talk to a customer service rep, and start talking to them i get hung up on.

they called my number to. I don't want then to call me. I bought my car 2 days ago and the warranty expired already? If they need a job, our office is hiring people to keep our landscape beautiful. I am sure they can hire this miserable caller to pick up poop from our yard. The era when we used to disrespect money is gone and now, any call from a marketer should be ingnored. Save your money for rainy days.

I received a call and was going to ignore it like I normally do (having already googled the number and learned that it was about an "expired warranty".  This time, I decided to pick up and give whoever was on the other end of the line what for.  Instead, I heard a recorded message asking me to press "1" if I wished to be placed on their "do not call" list.  We'll see if it works.  Probably be shifted to another number. :-)

Got this call at work.  Glad to see from others that this is about an expired car warranty.  I purchased a new car about 9 months ago that came with a 10 year warranty....Won't be answering this call.
