Keeps calling on my cell phone. Does not leave messages.

They call several times a day about a car warranty I do not have!

I hit 1 to talk to a rep, when the rep asked me for my name i wouldn't give it to them. Told them if they are calling me that they should know who they are calling.

They told me they didn't have it for my security, i was like that idea.

i than asked if it was a candid camera prank because i wasn't about to give out my name to some random stranger who gives 50 2nd warnings a month.

they told me that i was rude and they would remove me from there call list.

funny thing is it actually worked.

My parents have been getting called from this company for months.  I decided to do some investigation.  The company who services the number is called Paetec Communications (in Tennessee).  They only service medium- to large-sized business, so this "company" must pay some money.  I called Paetec (877-340-2555).  Unfortunately, the guy I talked to can't give out the "company's" information or he would get in a lot of trouble.  Paetec has to receive a supeona in order to release information.  I was instructed to call my local police department to submit a complaint, but without the company's name and information, I'm not sure how that would work.  He also gave me the number of the fraud department for Paetec (877-999-7705) and asked me to call tomorrow to submit a complaint.  I plan to pursue this... if I'm lucky, I can get some cash out of this "company" for violating telemarketing standards and for harassment.  :)

I hope that anyone reading this gives the fraud department a call and also the local police department to try to get a supeona going.  If you have any luck, or if you want to join forces, e-mail me at:  marymuck@gmail.com.  I'd like to see these people go down, and get some extra cash for my parents.  :)

this # is from tennessee. try tracking something out there they call my sons cell at 3am 2 to 3 times a day. this is bull s*it

CALLED ABOUT CAR WARRANTY, IT IS A SCAM, GAVE ME A NUMBER OF 1-800-499-5712 SAID HIS NAME WAS TONY AND CALLING FROM CALIFORNIA. WHEN CALLED BACK SAID IT WAS NOT A WORKING NUMBER.SCAM!!!!!

Calling my "pay as you go" phone.  I know exactly whom I have given the phone's number.  I get calls from this number (as well as others) on a daily basis.  They must be using an auto dialer and I would love to know how to stop this mess...I'm tired of it.

I have been getting 2-3 calls a day to my cell phone from various Area codes.

I pressed "1" the other day and asked to be removed.  They said no problem.

3 Days and 9 calls later I tried again, this time I asked for the name of the company offering this service...*Click*

Between the VMs and phone rings I have been forced to silence my phone most times.  

Anyone have any details on a company or BBB reference or No Call list

i get the same call about twice aday on my cell phone, and i pressed 1 to opt out several times and it just hangs up on me when i press 1 now...i all out bi*** at the people when they call swearing at them and calling them names, so they hang up and call again about 2 hours later.  I answer that call and nicely ask to speak to a supervisor and the say sure please hold and then hang up on me..then i call back and its a disconnected number..i am really fed up with this number and ready to take legal action if it isnt gonna be stopped

I just called this number back after being called 2-3 times a day. The lady asked if I would like to sign up and when I said no hung up on me. Is there anything legal we can do about this harassetment?

Sure wish I could trace and stop these calls also.  Even being on a no call list - they still come in.  I am going to report this number to the no call list in our state, see if that will help.  By the way, my car is 10 years old.

I believe they are calling from AAA. If any of you have triple A road side assistance and have used it recently, I believe that is the reason. Tripple A sells your number to scammers.

They called but I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail. I've had so many calls to my cell phone about a car warranty regarding second warning and final warnings. My car isn't any where near under a warranty anymore.

I get the same telemarketing message regarding "second warning" about my car warranty. They call every day about 10-15 times between my home and cell phone. When I do get to talk to someone they are always rude then hang up. I have both my phones listed on the "Do Not Call" list but that isn't stopping them from calling.

Get Auto warranty expiry notice at least twice a day... Has anyone successfully stopped it

Every day just before 3 I get a call saying my factory warranty is about to expire.  I followed the prompts, a representative was on the line, I quickly gave out my number and said don't call it.  The lady hung up on me.

If only there were a way to find where this number originates and how I can speak with someone to give them much more than my two cents.

I got the same call, same automated recording even after I had called back the number and pressed the whole "1" to remove from call list. The call originates from TN.

This number calls me every day, sometimes twice a day, and informs me that this is the last notification of the expiration of my cars warranty. This has been going on for months.

I missed a call from this number. When I called it back an automated message was played advising if I wished to be removed from the call list to press "1". So I did.

Just got a call from them again! They've called my home and now my cell. Two other numbers have come up too all with the same car warranty notice. Scam Scam Scam!!!!

Same thing here, no message.  if you answer it will be the car warranty spill.

Just received a call from this number a couple of minutes ago... didn't answer, and they left no message.  Getting fed up with the various numbers showing up on my cell phone telling me that "it's the second warning about my car warranty expiring".  Figure this number has something to with those crooks.  I've heard the "second warning" somewhere between five and ten times.  Anybody know how I can get these calls to stop bothering me?  Thanks.
