I have received some 15 calls from this number just this morning. mostly it just calls me rings twice and then hangs up. It has left a couple voice mails but all are without any words and muffled background voices. At first I thought someone had butt-dialed me. Now I feel like I am being harassed. If it is a collection company then they are not leaving any information. Just because someone calls your phone doesn't mean you have to answer it, so if they want me to answer them, they need to leave an actual message with information in it. I wish I could block this number.
