Apparently this number has somehow ended up with a debt collection agency now. They were nice though, telling me they would take our number out of there system and it should take 24 hours, etc. I don't believe it, but it was nice of him to say anyway, lol

Apparently this is a bill collector from ADS and their Outsourcing Division regarding a matter that was placed with their office.  They leave instructions to call 716 504 6956.

Have received two calls with recordings about delivering a medic alert.  I did not order this.

Call goes "This is John from the shipping department calling to let you know your medic alert device is ready to be shipped." He has called at least once a day for the past two weeks. Please get rid of this caller!

how do I block this number...usually says "Private name " , also another time says bank of america,  when i do answer hello, no one speaks on the other end.

The only way to get these jerks to stop is to talk to a live person and waste as much of their time as possible without agreeing to buy anything or disclosing any of your information.  Of course they will probably add your number to a list of "good" numbers to sell to other slimey telemarketers.

Keep getting this call.  Finally decided that it was a recorded message since I couldn't get the guy to stop talking.  So I let him finish.  He wanted me to press one if I wanted the package and 5 if I didn't.  Naturally I pressed 5 thinking that would deter them.  Wrong! Get a call on the average of 3-4 times a week. Called ID on my phone says it is from Conroe Texas.

phone rang, I answered..no one said anything..repeated hello 2 more times...finally when I said you called me, I did not call you, you got something to say A_ _wipe say it or hang up...then man started talking some crap about someone had purchased medical alert system for me and they need to install it for me. I was practically screaming and told him DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN. I am registered on the Texas do not call registry and if they call again I am notifying the police as well as the attorney general's office. You do not have scammer listed on your call type but that is what I say they are...scammers.

Bank ofAmerica and I answered as I bank there. Guy said he was John they had  the medical alert ready to ship.  I tried to interupt him and asked what kind of scam this was.  When he kept talking, I hung up.

Just got a call at 9 AM Saturday from 936-206-3057.  Caller ID read PRIVATE NAME.  I think it was a recording saying that they need to schedule a time to deliver my new meidcal alert system and that it was already paid for, probably by a family member. At the end the options were to push 1 to schedule a time for delivery, push 5 to decline delivery, or if I already have a medical alert system, to ignore this call.  I just hung up.  I have pushed 5 before and all it does is connect me to a live telemarketer.  I made a complaint to the FTC at 1-800-382-1222, just like all the other times they have called.

The man I talked to said some life alert system to be delivered.  I am so sick of these people, time to block off my phone.

Caller ID indicated Bank Of America.  Answered and nothing there.

Wanted to deliver medical alert item which we had not ordered.

This number called my dad's home phone. Told him not to answer.  and it was a Medic Alert system also.

A man called me from this number a couple of days ago.   It showed Conroe on my caller id.   When I answered he said I was going to receive a medical alert something or other because someone ordered it for me.   When I tried to tell him that no one ordered this for me he just kept talking.   I tried to interrupt and he kept talking.   I hung the phone up, picked it up in several seconds and he was still talking.   This is absolute HARRASSMENT!   I tried to call his number back and of course, it is a non-working number.   What can a person do other than not answer the phone?   I think these people should be arrested if you can find them.

These people call 4 or 5 times a day!!   So ANNOYING!!!  How do I get off their list??

Looks like John is a busy man.  Just called and left a message wanting to schedule delivery of the medical alert device.

How do you get rid of this caller?  They call 3 times a day.  Always "John" ready to send our medical alert button.  Tells you how much good the No Call List does...

This is the second time I received a phone call from these scam artists, claiming they need to schedule a delivery time for my medical alert system.  I told them (again) no one in this household needs or ordered such a system and they claimed it was "free" as it was paid for by another party.  I told them (again) I don't want or need such a device and they kept on reading their script until I told the clown to deliver the device to any member of Congress as they have all fallen and can't get up.  He was still talking as shared a few obscenities with him, told him to get a life, and hung up.  Since this number is on the DO NOT C ALL LIST, I will now file a formal complaint and encourage all others that receive this call to do the same.

I am reporting to the police.

A older friend of mine just got a call from this number.  The caller ID showed Private Caller.  He said they were trying to sell an alert system and just needed his credit card number or bank info.  He did not give them any ifo and hung up.  SCAM!!!

It's a senior citizen targeted promotion of medical alert alarm necklace.

caller told me someone purchased a home alert & they wanted to come install it...they knew a lot of my medical history...i hung up when they wouldnt divulge who paid for the system...names, i wanted names...

which person or company is the above number for. Very stubborn and rude call. Want to put an end to this
