I want this number to stop calling me if its a scam...they always call me

The first few times nothing was said. Now after a few seconds an automated voice says, "To accept this call, press 1. To leave a message, press 2." The name that appears on caller i.d. is LNP@MEAPOP.NET. I choose to do neither and hang up. I looked up the number and it identifies as being from Dayton, TX and seems to be a cell phone. I strongly advise that no one accept calls from this number! There is a prison in Dayton and this could be a prisoner phone call scam of some sort.

I have gotten 2 calls from them in the past 2 weeks, they call me at exactly 10:55am and they do not say a word.

The call is from WCA. It said something about taking a survey and to press 1 to collect a prize. When I googled the company it seems like a scam. I hope now that I answered they do not keep calling me back.
