I received a call from the number, but did not answer it.  They left no message.

I answered and got the automated recording about lowering my insurance rates,  I hung up

Did not answer but they went to voicemail saying nothing for almost a few seconds before hanging up like most telemarketers.

I did not answer, it left a message stating that they could lower my auto insurance.  I called the number back and and when the operator answer, I asked to be removed from their calling list.  She hung up on me.

I answered and no response.
