My phone has been ringing for about an hour straight from this number. I refuse to answer it but it's driving me insane, WHY IS THIS NUMBER CALLING ME!? I wish there was a way to report these people.

Caller asked about the mortgage.  My reply was why are you asking about my personal business - did "I" call you.  He then continued on a rant about morgages and I interrupted withI'm not interested in anything you are selling.  He paused for a moment then called my a bi*** - that's when I hung up.  Obviously if this query is through a real company it's not the type of company you'd want to do business with.
