I am getting these calls in Toronto from different 416-319 numbers, sometimes they come on and say "because you used Air Canada in the past year, you have won a trip to Cancun", I usually hang up at that point, then I will get the same call again from a different 319 # saying the exact same message only this time with West Jet. Unfortunately, my cell phone is a 416-319 # and apparently they have used my number to place those calls, because people have called me and questioned why I just called their cell phone, which also are 416-319 numbers. It has been going on for over a month now.
Pretty annoying!

If you have been getting incessant telemarketing calls regarding Yasmin birth control and they won't leave you alone, I've traced it back to a law firm called Morgan and Morgan. If you've come this far to research these calls, then that means you realize that asking them to take you off the list will not help. You may have also been berated, threatened and harassed nonstop by these people. Here's what I'm doing:

1. I've personally called the lawfirm:

2. Since they use something like magic jack and have called from at least 30 different numbers, I've added each number to my call block through my phone company.

3. I've begun engaging in conversations with the telemarketers in order to learn more information about them.

4. This information I am saving and collecting and my plan is to contact various law enforcement agencies since the phone calls have become extremely threatening. The local police wont do anything, so I'm collecting enough information to contact other agencies.

5. I'm recording the calls now.

6. I've scoured the internet searching for additional information.

7. Every call I get, I report it to my states attorney general and the US attorney general.

I HATE that I have to spend time on this crap.

Calls my magic jack and after i close magic jack it calls soon as majic jack closes, repeatedly and I even had to re boot my iphone to stop it.

This is a telemarketer scammer calling.

"This is SOS calling, y won thousands of dollars for a trip to Can-Cun Mexico blah blah blah."  Morons!

If you get these calls in Canada, call the CRTC and register a complaint.

received fon call from same no. every 3 days for 2 months.  they were given my no. from Saveology.com. A Florida telemarketer siging up people for cable service.  I thought I was speaking to Comcast..! What a SCAM.  Considering getting another SIM card for cell fon.   Where is the FCC. That's Life. Thank God for Pets.

Also got a call yesterday evening. Apparently, I'd been randomly selected to win a prize trip to Cancun, Mexico! <rolls eyes> Had the options to press 1 to accept, 3 to be removed from their list (yeah, right). No company name was given, but it was a message left on our voicemail so the beginning might have been cut off.

I find it interesting that some people who receive calls from this number didn't get left voicemail messages, and that other people received completely different voicemail messages (such as the one about using Yaz). Definitely suggests to me that this is a scammy number.

I got a phone call from this number today, lucky that I was away from the phone, so missed!

I have received calls from this number on numerous occasions and I am on the do not call list.  So, why does this number not apply.  Unknown company.

Just got a call from this number today. No message was left. This is so irritating.

I live in OK, which is where those numbers are from, and I (stupidly) answer them. This should not be allowed! They should not be allowed to use local numbers.

They don't check this website.... screaming for them to stop calling you on here is not going to do any good.

I had a number asking if I wanted to go back to school, and they argued with me that I did in fact want to go... I finally had to yell over the guy that if they called me back I would report the number to the proper authorities. This is ridiculous.

I am on the do not call register. This is a pre-recorded call of some type.

I tried their removal website.  Gave them a colorful name, and my affected phone#.  Will post back later if it was sucessful.

I received the call today and googled the number and found this helpful site. I have blocked the number in my phone along with other "telemarketers" that call me.

They have been calling me for months & they'll call several days in a row at different times of the day. They'll stop calling for a week or two then start calling again. I'm tired of hearing from them.

This number really p*#%ses me off. The phone number that they attempted calling me at is a SAFELINK phone. That means that only the government has this number. SAFELINK phones are prepaid. It sucks  to have minutes taken for unsolicited calls and texts from do***ebags like this.

Get calls every day from this number.  Recorded message about filing a claim if one has taken birth control medication.  Not even going to report it to the FTC since it the FTC is a worthless joke.  Have filed over 125 complains with the FTC regarding telemarketer phone calls and nothing ever changes.  Guess I will just have to put up with these types of calls.
