Paying the bill is not the issue.  We pay ours all the time but get paid bi weekly so when I tell them 50 trillion times and to change payment date .... they agree and don't and continue calling numerous times a day.  I don't really care because I have my phone on vibrate (low) and ignore it.  Numbers I don't recognize do not get answered anyway as I get so many wrong numbers.  But JUST for your fyi...I would say don't assume someone is a dead beat unless you know the circumstances.  You probably work for them anyway.

This is GE Capital part of GE and they have outsourced their collections to India, instead of keeping the jobs here in USA.
Any smaller franchises and local business who have their own store credit card uses them. They call at least 5 to 8 times a day and at annoying times, so don't be one day late on a payment.  And check out who handles the stores credit cards before you apply...

If thousands would do as I do, this might stop. I simply call back, don't say anything, and wait for them to hang up. If thousands did that a couple of times a week, they would go broke just paying people to answer phones! The reason I do this is because lots of times when I answer, they just hang up too.

I am so sick of these people. They are VERY RUDE and wont listen when you try to explain that you don't owe them money. I think they are scam artists as well. There are so many complaints on here why isnt something being done to stop this harassment. They call all hours and many times in one day.  I do not answer numbers I do not know, but reverse look them up an it always these idiots. This has to stop for all of us!!!

They have called me four times in two days asking for someone I do not know.  The first call came at 8:30 am Sunday morning. I told them they had the wrong # and they still called back again.

they recently began calling me. I applied for care credit thinking i only paid for what i used. i havent used it and already up to $300. im not using care credit nor am i ever using it. tell everyone you know to avoid them at all cost.

They call me a lot too. GE Money / Care Credit they use different numbers with no identification of who they are so that they can catch more people who owe money. They call from the Philippines over Skype on an automatic calling system. When you answer they have to identify who you are. I do owe Care Credit and pay what I can but dealing with the constant harassment makes you mad.

Good to know. I don't owe them any money either. They called me yesterday, Sunday, at 8 am my local time. It has gotten so annoying, one time I picked up and got a recording saying "Please stay on the line while we connect your call". That was my cue to hang up. Anybody who can't be on the line when PLACING the call doesn't have anything important to say to me. It has gotten to be a tremendous nuisance all day long, all evening, all weekend. Surely there must be some way to stop these calls.

Its those rip-offs at GE Money they have a scam working with eye doctors dentists and others to unwittingly have you apply and receive a credit card. There relentless because their calls are computerized.  They have some program that just keeps calling until you answer then if you wait long enough a live person will pick up.  They will call from several different cities to try and fool you. It should be against the law.

I do owe them money but can't pay the full amount since my income now is only from social security, but they don't give a rat's ___.  I send them what I can afford each month and they still bug me.  I thought if you paid something on your account that they can't do anything legal to you because you are trying to pay it off.  But they still bug the crap out of me anyway.

These people are insane. I called the number on the back of my card and spoke directly to someone at GE Money and explained my situation to them. I admit I owe the as I explained to the person at GE. I told them I'm finally getting back to and I would restart making payments and getting back on track. They seemed to understand, yet I get at least 15 calls a day they never even leave a message. I wish I had their home phone.

I have filed for bankruptcy. They keep calling wanting a claim number, when no claims are being accepted. I have no assets (beyond exemptions) for liquidation. So they will be getting nothing more. I am considering reporting them to the bankruptcy court for breaking the  stay.  I know they have been notified because all other collection calls and letters (from other creditors) have ceased abruptly.

All day and late into the night then the cell phone buzzes to let you know you missed a call. Never a message of why they want to talk to you or why you should call them back. This GE Money Bank, a credit card company that I do not owe money or do I have a credit card from them

These people call me probably 10-12 times a day! It's harassing and annoying.

These lowlifes call at all hours of the day and nite multiple times every day.  They called me a number of times on Memorial Day so I finally answered and told them not to call anymore the rest of the day since it's a holiday.  The person apologized and said ok, but in less than 5 minutes my phone rang again.  This time I wasn't so nice and exploded over the phone telling the person if you call my house one more time today I will find out where you are and come choke you off at the neck!  It must have worked since I didn't receive anymore calls that day and none for the next 2 days.

Another of GE Ripoff Bank's many numbers.  I called this one back and after listening to their recorded message at the beginning, there was a pause then some dude from India answered in broken English.

These b*****ds are sneaky. When they call my cell phone, my caller ID shows UNKNOWN number, Unknown location. I don't speak to people who call from a blocked number...instead, I briefly answer then hang up, that way the number WILL show up on my wireless account (numbers that I don't answer don't show up.) Then I logged into my wireless account a while later, and found out it was this number calling me, and yes, it's GEMoney.

They must be stupid if they think that is going to work to get me on the line, when I've repeatedly written to them to stop contacting me by phone. Too bad for them that I keep impeccable records.

This called is GE Money, but their debt collecting lacky is some outsourced firm
called Allied Interstate with a bunch of people from India working the phones.
No matter, the only number they have is my Google Voice Number and I'm just
sending the calls to a never ending ring via my cellphone blocking app.
So let them call all they like..

You can call all you want because that is no longer my number. I am not paying for interest that is larger than my original loan.

I think the only rude thing is the tire store that G.E. Money finances.

Makes me mad when you only have money for two tires, and the Tire Rep can't take "Only Two " for an answer...........
1. How's your credit? (shot)
2. Do you have friends/relatives that can lend you money? (Unemployed/hours cut and are strugling)
3. Are you sure you can only buy two? (Sure and check, and a over draft fee, but that's ok, you'll get your money , and I'll be in a hole).

I understand Commission but goodness, stop being pushie!!!!!!! Better to take commission for two, and the other two the following month, than me taking my business some where else, which is exactally what I'll do, when I go back this month.

It's Bargain Outlet or Lowes.  They call at 5 times a day.  Yeah I owe them, but having financial difficulties, behind on everything. I just don't answer the phone now.  Can't give them what I don't have-MONEY.
