Got a call from this number - bad accent, needed to call him back right away regarding defaulting on a loan and what is my lawyer's number.  I called back to this number, left a message.  Then called the number that was left - 916.910.6531, and spoke to same person, wanted to verify my SSN and address.
Then, received a call from the original number, very polite man, apologizing (did NOT have the bad accent), saying I was the second one who called him, and that he had no idea what was going on.  I believe him, the same thing happened to be before, someone was using my number to make spam phone calls.  Not sure how that works, but would live to find out.
